23/07/2026: South Indian specialties - chicken seasoned with hot pepper/masala sauce and rice as well as a delicious eggplant dish 😋☀️ were absolutely perfect on our July bike ride into Aalborg in brilliant sunshine. The small elegant restaurant in Sankelmarksgade fully lived up to our expectations - and more 🥇 thank you for a lovely meal.

12/05/2026: If the bread is heated, it should be left in some places so that you don't choose to get something warm as a filling, and don't get a warm bun with cold filling as it is supposed to be, because it's not very tasty to get a mixture like that when it is supposed to be all cold.

06/05/2026: We experienced a small oversight, but I must say that Bogø Wasabi came to our aid and solved the problem to our great satisfaction. Thank you for your hospitality. We will definitely be back.

11/08/2026: Really delicious open sandwiches. We had looked at the size of the open sandwiches that the other tables were served and they looked a bit small. Ours was too, so it's a bit expensive if you have to have two pieces each. We ended up with 450 kr. for two pieces of open sandwiches, a glass of elderflower and a beer. I don't think we'll do that again. But nice place, really good service and good food.

02/08/2026: Cozy place, with a nice atmosphere and good food - open sandwiches, although on the expensive side, considering the size / price... 129 kr. For a medium-sized potato dish with a little onion and bacon and a flower on top, here you pay just as much for the coziness, the atmosphere and the place as such.

30/07/2026: It is not difficult to grasp why Jin Shing is one of the most popular restaurants in town; the food is definitely great and tasty here. As is the service provided.

03/09/2026: Restaurant along a busy road. Parking in front is allowed for 2 hours. The food is perfectly fine. Reasonable price. It really is a fluorescent-light restaurant, though. You have to get your own drinks from the cooler. Staff friendly and hospitable. The owner spoke Dutch.

20/08/2026: That was absolutely authentic Arabic food! Everything was fresh, everything homemade, and everything was incredibly delicious! We would come back anytime! 😊🙌🏼

18/12/2025: For those with too much time on their hands. A ridiculous 70-minute wait for a burger and a baked potato. The latter was overcooked. Hard and dark on the outside, mushy on the inside. The fries were fried twice, making them hard and extremely greasy. We do not recommend this place.

31/08/2026: The breakfast selection is very good, with ten rolls to choose from and a cake (we always had a cinnamon stick, which was enough for four people) for the equivalent of €10.70.

21/08/2026: 3-day-old rye bread at a baker’s… We went to Løkken to buy fish and rye bread for lunch. We chose MENY Kystbageren this time, as it is located next to the fish truck, which we have been visiting all week. When we get home and put everything out, we realize that the “pack date” is dated 3 days ago, so we have bought old rye bread at a baker’s. If we wanted dry rye bread, we would probably just pick something up inside the store for 1/2 price. Disappointment. The fish truck outside gets a huge recommendation, though. But go to Super Brugsen for bread.

28/08/2026: The seating is lovely, with a magnificent view from practically every seat. Then a very nice young woman comes, speaks to us in German, and takes our order. She serves with utmost professionalism, always from the right, attentive without being intrusive. And she serves us a meal that leaves absolutely nothing to be desired: a delicious appetizer platter followed by pizza that's the kind you usually only get in Italy. First-class! Not exactly cheap, but worth every penny!

16/08/2026: I have ordered "fileto gorgonzola" here twice during my visit to Hirtshals. I have received super quality meat every time and the taste of the entire dish has been top notch! Just before the plate was wiped clean. Cozy restaurant, calm background music that sets the mood and a skilled, pleasant and pretty lady who served me. Thank you so much for the food, it was a pleasure!

01/08/2026: Not a typical pizza restaurant. Yes, there are pizzas, but the menu also features other delicious dishes with surprising flavors. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The menu is limited but more than excellent. There is a wide selection of good wines. Highly recommended, in my opinion.

31/07/2026: We had their 7 course menu, super delicious with a good variety, we were 4 people so we also got 2 whole pizzas of our own choice, so you stay plenty full, good attentive service with a high level of service. If you are not into spicy food, you might have to be a little careful with their Nduja pizza, it is very spicy :-) delicious for my taste but a few of the homemade ones got a little smoke out of their ears.

22/07/2026: Really cozy and at fair prices. Foccacia for the pil-selv shrimp was dry. Fries, shrimp, fish and burger were really good. Good service and cozy surroundings!

21/07/2026: We had to wait a very long time (45 minutes) for the food, even though it was actually just ordinary (read: quite simple) fried food, except for a single steak. Maybe it was the steak that caused the wait, because it was well and truly cooked (and therefore also quite bland). The French fries were very, very salty - actually too salty for four of us, but just right for the fifth. A child of just one and a half years was charged 15 kr for a glass of water. This little child also got incredibly salty fries as part of a children's menu! In any case, it's completely missed the mark! The chef/staff had - as you can understand - had plenty of time, so they should have taken care of the task.

10/08/2026: Always a pleasure to come to Nibe Pizza and Steakhouse. Have always experienced the best service, and extremely pleasant service. The food is always super delicious, good pizza base, and decent filling. Pasta dishes with flavor, A Carbonara can be difficult to get a good taste out of. But not in Nibe. Theirs is super good.
