15/11/2025: When you have to throw a party, you think a lot, everything has to be perfect. I live in Sweden, but my whole family lives in Denmark, most of them in North and West Zealand. So I chose Bromølle Kro. Super help with planning and putting together the menu. The age group was from 10 years old to the oldest of 89 years old. But the dinner was perfect, young and old enjoyed it. The staff was super nice and helpful. The dinner was also great. All my guests have praised and thanked me for the party. I forgot to say that the room was beautifully decorated. It was a fantastic day. Paul Kreisby

06/08/2025: Had lunch with the family, 6 people from 10 years to 81 years, on August 7th at 12:00. We had 4 different dishes from the lunch menu, and everything was very tasty and nicely served, by nice and competent staff. The food came very quickly after we ordered👍👍👍😃

21/09/2025: Had run out of apple slices as they are obviously not homemade. Delivered from Sweden. Got a plate of bought pancakes which were barely lukewarm.

14/09/2025: They have chosen a strange approach to ordering food, and tables are cleared a bit randomly, the quality of the food was ok, but the weekend menu was a bit boring The atmosphere was characterized by confusion about how ordering food works Not something I would go back to

21/05/2026: Grumpy employees and poor service. More busy with each other and their phones. Really a bad place to shop... after a new store manager came in.

20/05/2026: After new store managers came in, the standard and service have dropped to a big zero. Stubborn, lazy young employees without a hint of service. It's not clean and tidy anymore. Always lacking replenishment of goods on the shelves as well as gloves and paper at the stands. No soapy water in the buckets. More busy talking to their private provocative friends than handling customers.

03/12/2025: Just waited 23 minutes out of my 30 minute break for a cold burger with the tiniest piece of bacon in it for 119kr. This is definitely the last time I eat here. Regards Klaus

28/11/2025: A very reasonable steak sandwich. The steak is good and juicy - the gravy as well - came here after reading the BT review in September 2025. You will not be disappointed with the food - the place is not very inviting though - but the food wins and this in this round.

24/05/2026: Okay in a tight spot but wouldn't recommend for a vacation or couples weekend. Only staff on site was cleaners whom seemed to be rented foreigners with no local language skills. This let me to think underpaid staff. Beautiful location but absolutely no soundproofing of the rooms so you'll hear the snoring of the entire hotel all night. Beds were okay and room was clean. Toilet wasn't actually attached to the floor so almost tipped over. Well stocked snackbar but very plastic in the flavors. Horrible and sad cover music in the snack room as well. The prices don't reflect the service level and other hotels with similar prices have better standards, service and location than this hotel. Also, request for bathing stool was ignored with no response from the hotel. Pride themselves with accessibility but don't offer any additional standards besides ground level hotel and the door to the corridor with rooms didn't seem large enough to be wheelchair accessible.

11/04/2026: Lovely hotel, very quiet yet centrally located. Easy check-in, good snacks included free of charge.

05/02/2026: My friend and I were looking for a place to eat. We found this place. We ordered 2 cups of coffee and pancakes from the menu exactly😋so delicious👌 couldn't remember which one there are so many to choose🤭

06/01/2026: It's fine. No toilet or sink in room though, staff rarely around but it's totally off-season so I understand. Super helpful when they're actually there though. Small town.

20/09/2025: Maybe the campsite is walking in shoes that are a little too small when you have to pay in September to eat the 4 ice creams you just bought for 100 kr at the rental site 🙄

10/09/2025: A very warm welcome 😊 We had a spot in the front row with a view of the islands. The toilets and showers were very clean and were cleaned every morning. This was our second time here and we'd love to come back.

09/04/2026: This place cancelled a surprise dinner that my wife had planned for my 60th birthday.....the day before. No compensation or even an apology. We never use or recommend Comwelll hotels. Terrible customer service.

27/03/2026: The service is great. I don't know how you can block the TV so you can't access the internet or Netflix and watch something in your native language, because unfortunately, I don't speak Danish. Even English would have helped. The hotel, like most in Denmark, is in some backwater, practically impossible to walk to. I wouldn't recommend it without a permanent car and your own internet connection. There's no place for groups with TVs to watch something together. Dinner is just grandparents, and they look askance if you talk above a whisper, as if they were at some fancy restaurant on a date.

07/03/2026: Very nice pizza place in town. Try their specialty pizzas. They are the best! The price is moderate. Friendly staff.

29/11/2025: We are 4 from Gilleleje who had an experience we didn't see coming, as we just wanted a small beer before going to a concert. Humle Ølbar is highly recommended. Fantastic service and great stories about the beers we were served. It was a pure pleasure.
