We receive drinks and had to send the cola back twice because it was completely flat (they didn't mean it, but had to admit a fault with the hose), an apple juice was chosen instead and the second time we had to send Danskvand with Citrus back (there was no lemon and something was floating around at the bottom) - it turns out that they just poured lemon juice into the dansk water and then without stirring it around... ad...
2. We ordered 2 burgers - the steaks are clearly not made from fresh beef, they were from frozen...
3. We pay full price, where he says we have got 30%, since they run it all summer? Okay? So you're changing the menu card or?
Stay away! Not worth the money in any way.

Hadn't been here before, but we'll be back for another bio tour.

18/07/2026: The service will blow you away. The food and atmosphere are okay, but the service is mind-blowing for all the wrong reasons. The waiter told us they were closing the kitchen 10 minutes before the actual closing time, and he spoke to us very rudely. When we ordered ice cream, he didn’t even give us a spoon. We had to ask him for one.

28/07/2026: The pizza didn't taste like much, and the tomato sauce was a lot like tomato paste. The crust tasted like crispbread. Awful experience unfortunately. Italian pizza, not deep pan.

28/08/2026: The food and service were first-class! We honestly can't understand the bad reviews at all.
We received excellent advice and were able to customize our bagels and sandwiches exactly to our liking. All the ingredients seemed fresh and tasted accordingly.
The prices are also absolutely fair. You get a generous portion with fresh, healthy ingredients for your money.
We would come back anytime – unfortunately, we live much too far away. Go and try it!!
18/08/2026: The food tasted fine, but the employee at the cash register, she had way too much attitude, was really rude to the customers. Not a place I would go again

29/05/2026: Went out to eat yesterday and had a roast dinner. We told the waiter that we couldn't tolerate lactose. We were allowed to choose the sauce and nothing else. When the food came, we were very surprised that we got creamed potatoes, steak and the sauce, no vegetables. Creamed potatoes of course contain lactose, so we asked for a different kind of potatoes for the food. The service was poor, we weren't asked about the options for the Roast Dinner concept. The staff wasn't particularly attentive to the guests, we waited a little too long to ask for some extra meat. We won't be back.
17/03/2026: I can really understand that Jensen's steakhouse can't make it work. The service is absolutely terrible and the food is boring. My husband and I visited Jensen's steakhouse in Wawes on Saturday. My husband wanted a Tuborg squash sport without sugar which was shown on the menu but no they really didn't have it anymore! He ordered a sirloin steak and potato slices the plate screamed for attention and oh yes the sauce of course has to be bought 😳!! I ordered grilled salmon (definitely tasted better) and wanted hollandaise sauce the waiter glared at me as if I had just fallen from the moon "we really don't have that on our menu" I couldn't help but say what? Jensen's steakhouse has hollandaise sauce in their range but not in their restaurants? Bearnaise sauce etc. doesn't belong with salmon! The last time I set foot there

28/06/2026: No matter how early you get there, there are never enough rolls and buns for just 1 hour of opening in your bakery. They sell out every time. Why don't you make more? I haven't seen the shadow of a pumpkin bun in months now.

08/05/2026: I have never had such a bad roast pork sandwich, not freshly made at all, warmed in the microwave, no salad or anything delicious and for 90,- add, not recommended.
31/01/2026: Even though the place was almost empty, it took 45 minutes for your order to arrive.
