11/08/2026: Ordered a vegetarian Phad Thai and was very disappointed with the amount of food for the price, the quality of the vegetables, the lack of protein source and a slice of lime. The other 2 dishes were also small portions for the price

15/07/2026: Super delicious food! We had fried rice which tasted absolutely amazing, perfectly seasoned - you know the kind you just can't get at home! And we also had curry vegetables which were very tasty! I've had many curries and this one was wonderfully spicy, a good balance between spice and strength. We would definitely recommend others to eat here! The staff are very friendly and just a really nice place😃

19/08/2026: Very bad experience - ordered a dish medium hot - when it came, there was no chili in it at all... I didn't get an apology! The young waiter came back with a small portion of chili which I could then mix into the dish myself. I won't be back!!!

24/08/2026: Rarely have I experienced such a delicious gourmet dinner with accompanying wines that match perfectly with each dish. The sunset, the service, the relaxation, the knowledge, the service all came together in one. Thank you

22/07/2026: Gisseløre's location and the food served are at least 4 stars. That's why it's really a shame that we end up with just 2 stars. 16/7 2026. Our wedding anniversary (32 years-Thank you) Dinner at 6:30 pm. Lovely warm summer evening, children swimming and having fun and we sit outside and enjoy the good weather. What could go wrong? Pretty much everything, it turns out. The food was quite good, but unfortunately the rest of the experience was a failure. The mistakes are too many to write here, but for example: We sat for about 20 minutes in the heat without so much as a glass of water to start with. Snacks with a glass of bubbles turned into half a glass of bubbles served 15 minutes before the snacks. It didn't add up. We got our main course 1 hour and 45 minutes after we arrived. It must be said that the employees were very nice and apologized, but there was a clear lack of competence. It will probably be a while before we try again. Practice.

06/09/2026: In connection with our Luxury stay at Kragerup Gods we were given a 5-course menu here at Restaurant Blixen, with an accompanying wine menu. - Before arriving we had announced that we did not eat beef and therefore received a menu primarily consisting of fish and shellfish. I don't know if the other option would have been better, but what we got was absolutely excellent :-) From the time we arrived at the restaurant until we left we received excellent service. We were given 4 different courses and then a delicious dessert. - The wine menu was nicely adapted - and no expense was spared. The only small minus, which brings the score down to 4.999, was that the waiter was a little too quick to remove my wife's plate at course no. 2 - she wasn't finished :-). - When we asked for a short break before the main course, there was no problem with that - we just had to say when we were ready. So definitely recommendable. - Book the table together with a stay at Godset, because you can't drive home after such a sumptuous dinner and wine menu. - We sat and had a really nice evening - the whole evening.

26/07/2026: The most wonderful visit to Blixen. The food was exquisite and courageous. The staff has a fantastic time together - it's just wonderful to participate in as a guest. Already on the way over the bridge to Godset, the most wonderful cheerful man offered to take our couple photo for us.. And the waiter student was wonderful and told the most wonderful stories about her own "wine journey". All 5 waiters were past our table, they all had their eyes on us and it was like they danced around us in a beautiful symphony with the kitchen and us in the center. Well, there he was again the man from the bridge - the restaurant manager - who was not too nice for anything. Told charming robbery stories and helped his staff with cheers and backup. Waw!

06/07/2026: We only ate in the restaurant, so I can't comment on the rooms. The food was very good, plentiful, and freshly prepared. The staff was exceptionally friendly. In my opinion, the restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere. The only downside is the lack of vegetarian options. This doesn't affect me personally, but it's a problem for people who don't eat meat or fish for personal reasons.

20/04/2026: I haven't tried the rooms, but there's only good things to say about the inn. You're always greeted by sweet and smiling staff, the food is just top notch, and there's always enough. There's a view of the harbor and everything is quite idyllic. We've been there many times.

04/07/2026: You have to look for a long time for the equivalent of a terrible pizza. 40 kr. for delivery for a 7-minute drive, and yet I waited 1½ hours. The pizza was a joke – paper-thin base and the meat was in one big lump, so I had to fix it myself. 145 kr. straight out the window. Never again.
