11/04/2026: We quickly got a table, but unfortunately the wait was quite long.
After about 30 minutes we got a hold of a waiter who said he would be there shortly. Unfortunately no one came and we waited another 15 minutes.
In the end we decided to leave without ordering.
It's a really nice place, but the service could be improved.

24/11/2025: We arrived on Monday 24-11/2025 at the coal house because it said they were open when we arrived we were met by an employee who told us that they have been closed since Thursday, but there is nothing on their Facebook or Instagram other than that they have taken the trip all the way from Copenhagen, so I think it is quite bad that they have not written anything if it is since Thursday that they do not inform their customers or correct it on Google very disappointed from here
22/11/2025: We sat in the darkest corner without a lamp. It was cold every time the door opened and there was a fan cooling us down. Not very cozy. Too few staff. No bread until we asked for a refill. That was the case with several of the dishes. The hot food was not very hot. Now I have tried Kulhuset and I don't need to come here anymore.

27/12/2025: Best Indian Food I've ever had. I'm happy this is in Borup, because then we can get it often, but this kind of amazing cooking belongs in the big city so more people would try it!! Owner is also so friendly, we really really love this place ❤️
04/12/2025: A bit boring takeaway place. But excellent food, considering it's in a small town. If I lived in Midtsjælland, I would come here often!
Had nice daal and homemade raita.

12/12/2025: A shower costs 4 euros, and only cold water, with a 10-minute limit—that's impudent!!!
Parking is limited to 12 hours, otherwise you'll get a fine, and the police are often there.
But it's worth noting that the toilets and showers are clean.
30/11/2025: Great place at the entrance to Scandinavian Transport Center in Køge. You will get there everything you can need as tourist or truck driver Big parking lot, fuel, groceries, nice, clean toilets and showers. Toilets are for free.

22/11/2025: Super delicious food and quick service with a smile. Has become one of our favorite sushi places on Zealand, probably only surpassed by Kaku in Frederikssund, which also has ad libitum, and Oishii in Ringsted, which is in a different price range.
14/10/2025: Delicious sushi and fresh. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Highly recommend!

05/09/2025: Very nice pizza and kebab. Service minded staff. Perhaps not the place to sit and eat but for takeaway it's perfect!
01/09/2025: The fries were completely oily. The burger's steak didn't taste like anything (homemade). The pizza base was thin and flabby. The filling fell off easily (not because there was much of it already) mostly cheese.
Ate until closing time when the staff was mopping the floor. He put the dirty gold bucket right next to the table and used the toilets first and then the restaurant, not so nice.

I don't think you can charge full price for missing food and food we couldn't see what was

About 200kr per person, but you'll be full.
18/03/2026: I ordered 30 envelopes of daal and naan for an event at the church where I work, and it was a great experience. We got a great bulk price that included disposable tableware, and the food was SO delicious. Big kudos to Shamas and the team at Kasmir Køge!
