25/04/2026: We had a delicious meal here with 9 people. The atmosphere was good and Hanif helped us well. If we ever return to Billund, we will definitely visit this restaurant again!

21/04/2026: Saw the place and was thinking, “Why did my friends pick this?” But the food was so delicious and fast I can recommend trying it out.

11/04/2026: Run away!!!!! The only redeeming feature is its location, being close enough to Legoland to walk to the park. Aside from that, the rooms are old, the service is poor, the bathroom looks like it's from the 1930s, and the breakfast is mediocre.

04/04/2026: Very nice hotel. We really liked the place and room. Its our second time in this place. 10min walking distance from the bus stop while if you are coming on your own car then you got the free parking. The place has a very nice vibe. We really like it. Its like a motel. Breakfast is okay. Not too many option but enough to fill your tummy. Good options for kids as well. Mini fridge and many toiletries are missing, surprisingly. You need to pay/ buy if you want to have. No in-room phone to contact reception. Rooms are nice and cosy. Restroom were nice too. We are family of four and our stay was quite comfortable. Services could be improved. Like they didnt clean our room by its own & upon asking they said we havent told them. Legoland and Lalandia is on a walking distance. While legohouse is quite far and usually you can not walk. Recommended. I would not mind to stay here foe third time too.

15/07/2025: Went back a year later and this is still true! Good price and service. They have gluten free pizzas that taste like normal pizzas! The time from ordering to being served was less then 15 minutes for a gluten free pizza even though there where many people ordering at the same time! Pizza good, yum yum!

29/08/2025: We had three pizzas and one portion of fries. The food was delicious and the price was very fair. People came by every few minutes to pick up food, so it can't be bad.

16/07/2025: No water for people dining in, so we had to buy soda. The fries were okay, the pizza large but unremarkable, the cheeseburger mediocre. Service was nice, prices on the low side.

07/01/2026: If you order delivery after 7pm, you should expect to cook your own food because this is the second time I've tried this and they don't text or call and say we're coming, they don't answer because we sit and pick each other's noses

10/05/2026: It is not the coziest restaurant. The food is good and the concept is all you can eat. You can eat at the self-service buffet, and you order sushi via a tablet. It will be brought to you by the robot. The staff is super attentive, friendly, and willing to help.

01/05/2026: I was at Atami in Billund this evening when we arrived we were greeted really well and shown to where to sit when me and my sat down it was really uncomfortable for me as I have a little extra on the side legs their chairs are too horrible to sit on it hurts and you couldn't sit badly When we were sitting at a two man table some people came over on the other side that we could just as well have sat next to because it was just next to open no partitions or anything all the way across so we didn't feel like we could talk without Everyone next to us could hear everything even though we wiped it was as uncomfortable as anything could be I didn't get to eat anything just felt it was as uncomfortable as anything could be it will be a long time until we get back

24/10/2025: Its quite unfortunate that the tiny rooms gave tiny desks but there are no power receptacles anywhere close to the tiny desks so not a good fit for business travelers

21/10/2025: I give it 2 points because the rooms were clean and the service was attentive and friendly. Of course, it's not always advisable to ventilate at the airport, as there's a lot of exhaust fumes in the air. The only downside is that (in unfavorable winds) the ventilation blows the airport air into the room, and you can smell every takeoff. We had to leave early because my son had a lot of trouble getting air at night. The ventilation couldn't be turned off, so it felt like a sleeping garage. Breakfast was OK - unfortunately, the cutlery and cups weren't clean and had to be thoroughly cleaned before use. The toilet (in all rooms) is squashed into the corner so that you end up with the toilet roll on your lap when you sit down. The spare toilet roll hangs right next to the toilet bowl, so you have to unwind the first few layers to avoid wiping your bottom with the sprinkled paper. The toilet seat seems to belong to a different model, so you're always sitting on the bowl.

04/11/2025: Had lunch and took advantage of their lunch offer. 2 lunch steaks and a pasta dish, as well as a snack basket. Delicious aioli for the snack basket and super crispy onion rings The lunch steaks were tender and medium rare (we weren't asked how we wanted them cooked). A little tame bearnaise sauce Crispy farm fries. The pasta dish was delicious I got a medium soda several times Total 529.- kr Really good for the price

06/09/2025: Late one night, while searching for food in Billund with my children, I stumbled upon City Restaurant. I entered and was greeted kindly in a desolate restaurant. After waking the owner, I asked if the kitchen was still open. The man thankfully replied "of course," and I jumped for joy. When I opened the menu, I fortunately had a spontaneous fit of rage when I saw that the only thing I could afford was pasta carbonara. Unfortunately, my pasta consisted of only three strands. My children were ecstatic to see that beneath these three strands lay a meter-deep layer of greasy soup. Unfortunately, I wasn't given a spoon to go with this smoky substance. I also pooped in the toilet and had to feed my children crayons, which is what happens when you don't provide a spoon with your greasy soup. Otherwise, Perfect restaurant Recommended if you're looking for pure shit
