Banh Mi Bandits Nørregade Aarhus

We had lunch at Banh Mi Bandits in Aarhus and were very satisfied overall. The restaurant's prices are absolutely fair, the ingredients were fresh and tasted really good. We also liked the selection of drinks, and the location is lovely and inviting. I'm deducting one star because the bánh mì could have been a bit better balanced for my taste. The bread was quite crispy and therefore a little dry. I also would have liked a bit more topping. As a result, the individual ingredients tasted rather separate, instead of blending into a harmonious whole. Nevertheless, the individual components were really delicious on their own. Overall, a very good place with fresh ingredients, fair prices, and a nice atmosphere. With a bit more topping and slightly moister bread, the bánh mì would be almost perfect for me.

We tried the banh mi today and are absolutely convinced that these were the best banh mi we’ve had outside Vietnam. All three banh mi won us over on every count: BBQ pork, lemongrass chicken and vegetarian with avocado. On our next trip to Aarhus, this will be the first place we’ll eat at. An absolute must if you like authentic Asian, especially Vietnamese, cuisine or if you miss it. ❤️

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I got the Banh Mi with bbq pork, sweet potato fries, and lemonade. The Banh Mi was fantastic. I haven’t eaten Banh mi that much before, but this restaurant made it one of my all time favorite sandwiches. The fries were nice and crispy with a soft, sweet inside. The lemonade surprised me, because it was really good. I feel like lemonade is usually bland and watered down when I order it, but this was really flavorful. I highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area. Great prices, staff, food, and atmosphere.

Good size, you'll be full. Price and quality are related. Sweet and fast service.
