29/08/2026: I just ate at Nygades Grill & Sushi - Skjern. I chose sushi and was pleased to experience an exceptionally high quality of ingredients and a large amount of filling in the pieces. Among other things, I ordered tuna and there was a lot of tuna in the sushi. It was just SO delicious. Thank you so much for a really good meal. I will definitely be back.
13/08/2026: We spontaneously decided to eat there and it tasted great. It was freshly prepared.

The best shooting star I've ever gotten, despite it being a little different.

Lovely food, excellent waiters who were knowledgeable about both food and wine, and nice premises. All at a reasonable price.
All in all a really good experience

03/11/2025: We went there for the first time today. We treated ourselves to a large soft-serve ice cream with a caramel coating. The staff was nice and friendly. The portions were large and tasted great. We'll definitely be back.

21/08/2026: Creative cooking with exciting local ingredients. The menu was surprising in a good way, and the service was personal.
20/08/2026: Superb food - best cooking during our stay in Aarhus (and we ate in some great restaurants !) Imaginative dishes, using high quality ingredients and beautifully put together. An amazing wine list - the glasses they recommended to go with specific dishes were really clever pairings.
A restaurant that really knows what it is doing!

Been there twice,
once on a Sunday with a really good menu ( only that possibility) for a really a cheap price.
Second visit on a Tuesday well thought how food and wine can been taken. Choose 5 dishes and 5 wines. Everything was delicious and all the wines were very well chosen.
Restaurant is rather small but the atmosphere is great with a little French touch.
Service was also quite good showing a lot of knowledge about the served dishes and wine.
