Brasserie Belli Aarhus

We hadn't been to Brasserie Belli since the time when guests were allowed to smoke inside, and the experience that time hadn't been so good either, so we had to try it again. It was a warm evening, and we had booked a table that turned out to be the second last before the kitchen in an empty restaurant inside. We didn't want that because of the heat and the smell of food, but fortunately there was space outside (although without a table). We both had tartar for a starter, and it tasted fine. We also had good homemade bread with it. Because of the heat, I chose their excellent and simple burger, as the other dishes seemed 'heavy' for the season. The other person in the party had the veal breast, which was tasty. We both had excellent wine by the glass with our food. The staff was very attentive to both dishes and breaks.

Had an Early Bird menu. It was definitely recommended. Good atmosphere and excellent service.

The mussels are excellent. The sauces in general are superb. In short, an address you absolutely shouldn't miss.

Excellent cuisine, highly recommended

A long overdue review! This is a beautiful restaurant owned by a lovely caring couple. This was the first restaurant I ate at when I first arrived to Denmark. Being from Mexico I was new to the cuisine but I was on a mission to find Smørrebrød and they had one for lunch that was so good! The owners invited me back for dinner but I was hesitant being a vegetarian. They reassured me I should go for dinner and they surprised me with a full vegetarian menu 😍❤️ The chef even found a potato that looked like a heart 😍 The food was amazing and even though I was eating alone the restaurant ambiance was welcoming and other guests were happy to small talk. It is a restaurant full of love and care. They care about their customers and their food. I ate here many times while in Aarhus and it is top of my list for when I visit again! We were served a very good three-course menu here. The service (two young women) was great! Very nice and attentive! You feel welcome here!
