Det Glade Vanvid Randers

I really liked it. It's never empty, so you need to reserve a table in advance. It's one of the most popular places in the city. The service is excellent, the waiter explains every dish and its ingredients, and you can drink as much as you want, any kind of drink. We'll definitely come back again, I highly recommend it.

The all-inclusive concept works flawlessly. It creates a fantastic relaxed atmosphere that you can freely help yourself throughout the dinner in the well-stocked wine bar, where the seven well-chosen wines complement the food beautifully. ​The summer menu is razor-sharp with fresh and visually beautiful servings: ​Appetizer: Mint-salted salmon with smoked scorzonera root puree, raw pickled rhubarb and mint pesto ​Starter: Salted icing with chive sauce, hand-peeled shrimp, radishes and carrots. ​Main course: Roasted pork tenderloin with tarragon cloud sauce, asparagus and potato fondant. ​Dessert: Strawberry mousse with puff pastry, raspberry sorbet and white chocolate ice cream. The evening is rounded off perfectly and stylishly with a good, hot cup of coffee accompanied by something sweet and a generous glass of the boss's selected avec. always a good experience. to start with we were placed terribly, right up against a curtain, and we would have to move every time the table next to us needed service, but luckily it was quickly fixed, and from there a wonderful experience with fantastic food

Great concept that everyone gets the same thing to eat and is served at the same time. I like that. The wines are self-serve but on the cheap side. The food tasted good but there wasn't "too much" on the plate. Fair enough price. Nice staff.
