As usual a good experience. Really good fish. Be prepared for a lot of customers, but also a lot of friendly staff to serve.

Fish and chips is highly recommended. The fish is plentiful, the Pomeranians are so-so. It's difficult to get a seat outside during peak hours. A beer and a lemon note currently cost 95 DKK everywhere on Holland Island. Is that the same as regular petrol prices?

We've been going to this region for fishing for 25 years. Every time after our holiday, we make a special stop there to eat fish sandwiches. We also take home plaice fillets or smoked fish of any kind. Really great quality (fresh).

23/10/2025: Very nice atmosphere and good service. Highly recommended! The food is delicious!
22/10/2025: A restaurant where children are welcome and entertained. There's a small play table with cars, art supplies, and knick-knacks. The food is good, but could be a bit more substantial for some people. The highlight, of course, is the candle-making, which is hard to resist. The workbenches are right next to the entrance, and children are immediately invited to make their own candles. Yes, it costs extra, of course, but it's a lovely memory for the children. The service is very friendly and attentive, and they also spend a lot of time with the children looking after the candles. I would deduct one star for the service, as you can only pay in cash (euros or kroner).
