I come several times a week to Lagkagehuset on Lyngby Hovedgade, and I think it's nice to sit and enjoy my coffee etc. after the renovations last summer. It's a place I enjoy coming to.

In general i like this Lagkagehuset, but hønsesalat sandwich has no chiken, i dont recommend to order it. Drinks are good.

01/10/2025: My pizza sandwich was very tasty. Big, lot of chicken and not that much sauce inside.
03/08/2025: Cozy little restaurant with Italian dishes. Had a little difficulty with communication which created misunderstandings with the staff regarding the order. The food was excellent though (had a vegetarian pizza sandwich).

16/05/2026: Great products and friendly service; but the prices are also crazy in some areas. The taste is fantastic - no doubt about it. But expect almost 700 kr. for a whole ice cream cake, 70 kr. for a small milkshake, etc. etc. I go here when quality is paramount. But the prices are prohibitively high compared to making impulse purchases "when you're passing by anyway".
