08/06/2026: Delicious food! We got lunch portions and a couple of starters to share, it was the perfect amount of food. We also had excellent service, courtesy of Astrid. Astrid checked in with us, made sure everything was as we wanted it, and was very friendly and kind.

02/06/2026: Amalie’s pasta, a sure hit! Simply tastes so good! Ordered an Amalie’s burger and an Amalie’s pasta (of course). The steak was cooked well. Pink in the middle. And once potato boats, on the side. (We probably expected most of all that it was “fries”… and a very indifferent side dish, of 2 potatoes that were cut out… but tasted good) Always come back to Café Amalie! So delicious that place!!!

09/05/2026: A small glass of their good mulled wine and 3 apple slices. There was a really good atmosphere and a lot of people, so I had to wait a bit for the service, but on the other hand it was nice to relax between all the Christmas shopping. I have since enjoyed one of your salmon sandwiches, which I find to be the best in town (and for the price). I come here often, and in the summer it is nice to be able to sit outside, either in the courtyard or outside the Café. The noise level can be high when football is shown on TV.

05/01/2026: My sister got food poisoning from here today, we ordered food from here, and my sister is throwing up nonstop, its really really bad and has come to the point we need to go to the hospital, she is in pain. The food is good but I am confused with how clean this food is, I need someone to do a check in the kitchen

01/10/2025: When the guy at the counter understood that we are tourists, he started acting in a very unfriendly way. Very unkind people, horrible service. They were all working without gloves, touching money, food and everything at the same time. They were all rude and when I asked for a small bag, they wanted more money for it. I do not recommend this place at all.

22/02/2026: Beautiful oasis, where you are served according to all the rules of the art👌 We were served the most delicious tapas board, with a wide selection of cheeses, sausages, pate, duck rillette and other delicious things. A huge recommendation from here, if you want to have a few hours where you feel pampered 🙌

03/06/2026: Cozy place and good food. The only downside is that there is no toilet. You have to go to the other restaurant 50m away.

30/05/2026: We had a chicken sandwich and a beef burger. Super nice service and delicious food. A really cozy place close to Lyngby Station.

12/03/2026: 9"} My absolute go-to pasta 🍝 in Lyngby. The pasta is fresh and made right in front of you, so you can watch from the small bar in the mall. The place is very popular, the portions are good, and the taste is always full of character. Definitely recommended. One small thing that could be improved, however, is the hygiene. The two chefs are responsible for both cooking, serving, and cleaning up, and during my visit I didn't notice any hand washing or wearing gloves during preparation. It's probably something that can be easily improved, but it does affect the experience a bit!
