Very delicious pizza and sweet service. Pizza with good ingredients and a good selection of super good specialty pizzas. The best in town, absolutely!

I visited Markus Pizza in Trøjborg and was really pleasantly surprised. The base is made with sourdough, which gives the pizza a delicious crispness and deep flavor that you don't find in many other places. I ordered their potato pizza, which was incredibly tasty and perfectly balanced. The service was also top notch – welcoming and friendly from start to finish. I highly recommend Markus Pizza if you want an extra good pizza experience in Trøjborg.

15/04/2026: There is almost too much salmon on the sushi. Especially on the ngiri. The salmon pieces are too thick. In addition, the rice is too hard, there is a little too much bite in it. The potato shrimp were cold inside…

29/10/2025: Not sure if “corn pancake” should be the description of this dish, as it resembled more a corn omelette than anything else. But linguistics aside, this majspandekage filled with chicken was superb, so savoury, and also fulfilling. The smoothie full of green “goodies” was a nice pair to the already healthy meal. An honourable mention to the friendly waitress, she was super super friendly 😊
