It's a McDonald's like any other. Nice, talented young clerks, ok food (you know how it tastes) and reasonable prices compared to all sorts of other places.

In this shop, there's a ruler, his name... "Nikolai"! Friends also call him Marius. When Nikolai speaks, it's not a wish, it's the law. If Nikolai tells you there's sweet and sour sauce in the bag, then there's sweet and sour sauce in it. The completeness of your order isn't checked here, it's guaranteed. If there's one person you can rely on in this shop, it's Nikolai and his buddy Benjamin. This dynamic duo makes sure the bag is right and the cheese is melting. Simply unbeatable.

It looks a bit like so many others

Excellent service and delicious food – a special shout-out to the team! We visited the McDonald's in Grenaa and were very satisfied overall. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Even though it was quite busy, we didn't have to wait long for our order, and the food was exactly as it should be: hot, fresh, and delicious. A huge thank you and special praise goes to our two employees, Nikolai and Benjamin! In my opinion, they really carried the place and did an incredibly good and fast job despite the hustle and bustle. Such dedication is truly remarkable. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Denmark!

The fries were not completely filled. But I went up to the checkout to ask if they could put more fries in it and they did.

It's just standard bad. It's 9 times out of 10 that if there's a line it's going to take a LONG time. Every time I've waited in line it's always been plus 10-15 minutes for a cheeseburger or two. Is it possible that the person in front of me ordered for a kindergarten, BUT every time? 🫣

As a fast food person, I don't have anything to put on the food, sometimes it looks like something thrown in the bin, but they're super nice when you talk to them.
