Even before our week-long vacation in Denmark near Mols Bjerge National Park, we researched our dining options and contacted several restaurants to ask if they would allow our small Pomeranian. Every single restaurant confirmed that this was no problem, as long as the dog was quiet and didn't disturb the service. We were already overwhelmed by the many positive responses and now had significantly more restaurants to choose from than we had originally expected. Of course, we couldn't try them all in such a short time, but we chose, among others, Restaurant Moment, which made a truly special impression. Their strong focus on regionality, sustainability, and combining homegrown produce with culinary expertise are all qualities that resonate deeply with me. It's no wonder the restaurant was awarded a Michelin Green Star. They were expecting us and had prepared a table especially for us and our dog, a bit away from the other guests and offering more space than usual. We received a very warm welcome and were exceptionally well looked after by the staff. Great care was taken not only to offer the drinks and food, but also to explain the restaurant's concept and ensure we and our four-legged friend had a truly enjoyable evening. The chefs themselves sometimes brought the dishes to the table to briefly discuss the ingredients, their vision, and the individual components. I would love to describe each dish individually, but that would go beyond the scope of this review. What I can say for sure, however, is that both the omnivorous and vegetarian menus were not only technically perfect, but also demonstrated a wonderfully creative approach to the available ingredients, flavors, and textures. The dishes didn't seem haphazard, but rather very well thought out and carefully considered, and harmonious both in their sequence and as a whole. Both menus left nothing to be desired, and even as an omnivore, I would have been very happy with the vegetarian option. Beverage pairings, the addition of caviar or truffles, a cheese selection, and coffee and sweets to finish are entirely optional, and no one will bat an eye if you decline them. For example, we aren't wine drinkers, but we opted for a non-alcoholic mocktail as an aperitif and fermented juices with two courses, which pleasantly surprised us, as we don't usually place much importance on drinks. If I could repeat the menu, I would definitely choose the juice pairing next time. One dish I must highlight in particular: The salad for dessert was quite daring, but it worked well, and even though the idea seemed almost obvious, it was very harmoniously executed. Would I perhaps have preferred a more classic dessert course with high-quality pastry work? Maybe. Perhaps I wouldn't have asked myself that question if we had finished with sweets. In any case, this course will likely remain in every guest's memory. We were absolutely thrilled with the hospitality and the food served, and we can highly recommend the restaurant to any culinary enthusiast visiting the region.

After two weeks in Denmark, this is our favorite restaurant. A fantastic location, excellent service, and above all, local food – no frills, just delicious flavor. €600 for two is a hefty price, but in this case, it was justified!

Very nice restaurant with a passion for sustainability, a good history and fantastic hospitality. Fantastic garden where all menus originate from. Definitely worth a visit!
