My friend and I received super super good service from Alex

I’ve politely asked if I can get a coffee here and I was told I have to go to an order desk when my pager rings. Not sure if this was the standard procedure for all visitors. Anyway, after about 10+ minutes I’ve finally got a nice fresh Nespresso cup. Possibly a great place to buy coffee for home but for sure not the one to try it on site.

Amazing experience! A few months ago we had visited the store and Daniel gave us a whole masterclass regarding coffee, me and my wife tried a few coffees and my baby got a babyccino. We ended up taking home a lot of capsules and a lovely travel mug thanks to Daniel suggestions. Hope to be back soon!
