31/03/2026: I ordered tonkotsu ramen and it was GREAT. Worth the price, worht the wait. I ordered from Wolt, it came secured and nothing spilled, the staff packed it so well. It is not your typical Japanese ramen, I must say. The egg is not boiled the way traditional ramen does, but was still 'creamy' inside. It sat at the bottom of the container, and at first I thought it wasn't there. Not a problem for me, as I enjoy to leave some pieces of chasu and the egg for the end. The chasu is not your tipical rolled pork belly either, but it was amazing and couldn't get enough of it (and it being cut in smaller pieces was easier to eat than having to bite a bigger piece). It melts in your mouth, and the flavor layers with the fat and the other ingredients from the broth. The only thing I could mention is that the noodles and the broth come already mixed, which makes them get overcooked during the delivery (those extra 9 minutes for the delivery made them too soft and got a bit clumpy for my taste) and would be better to separate broth and solids, as other restaurants that deliver ramen do, that way you avoid the texture changing. But overall, a great experience and will order again. I missed ramen so much, and you can taste that the broth is made with love!
