Authentic French bistro. Value for money here is absolutely outstanding. The food is good, the cheese is exceptional and the wine is not much better in Aarhus - especially not for the price. It has become super popular lately, so book a table in advance if you want to be sure of getting a seat on the weekend.

Food and wine excellent for the price!. And a place where, very appropriately, no tips are expected for polite and servile service ;-)

Great food for the price. The owner is a character.

Cute restaurant, but it was so loud we couldn’t speak with each other. The service was not that nice as well. However, the food was pretty awesome, particularly the soup and dessert. I would come back again but during a weekday lunchtime.

Delighted to find this French bistro after a long day: duck rillettes, excellent steak-frites-salad (perfectly cooked!) and an extensive wine list, all at very reasonable prices. Thank you and see you soon!

All 4 of us chose the bistro menu, which was potato-leek soup and veal with vegetables and potatoes (and something peppery on top). 2 courses cost 105 kr, while 3 courses cost 125 kr. It tasted as it should, and the veal was lovely and suitably ‘spicy’ with pepper on it. There were a lot of people in the restaurant, and therefore also a lot of noise. But then again - that also gives some atmosphere. You get a post-it note with what you have ordered, which you have to take to the cashier when you have to pay 🙃 11.10.25: back again 😊 08.08.26: back once again

Classic French country cuisine. Super good food at an extremely good price. 187 kr per person with wine and water.

A quintessentially French dining experience only two minutes from the Aarhus seafront. I can heartily recommend the steak, lamb, octopus and moulle frites. I would recommend booking in advance.
