I was there yesterday, and it was a really good experience. The store looks nice and inviting, clean, well-organized and with the right atmosphere. The new manager was particularly impressive. She was very professional, calm and clearly skilled at her job. She spoke clearly and enthusiastically about the products, without it feeling like sales. Just genuine knowledge and a desire to help. And she had the sweetest smile the whole time, which made the whole visit even better. It is clear that she is new to the role, but already you can feel that she has it under control and is giving the store a good boost. Big praise to her, it is something like that that makes you want to come back.

Great products and friendly service; but the prices are also crazy in some areas. The taste is fantastic - no doubt about it. But expect almost 700 kr. for a whole ice cream cake, 70 kr. for a small milkshake, etc. etc. I go here when quality is paramount. But the prices are prohibitively high compared to making impulse purchases "when you're passing by anyway".
