Restaurant Madværket Randers

It is of course a challenge to feed a large number of guests in connection with a subsequent show at the Værket. We were given a “show menu”, consisting of a starter, which was excellent. But the following dish with coil legs was not at the same level. The meat was dry and could only slide down in the company of mashed potatoes or lots of liquid.
