Nice local place we had a nice breakfast we had local breakfast and some local pastries that were tasty. The cheese and butter are good quality and probably from a local supplier. The lady was very nice and smiling . It's a family place ❤️

Lovely bakery with a warm interior and plenty of choice. The sourdough bread is good but on the stronger and chewier side ; almost a bit too "sourdoughy" for my taste. Most pastries were great, a few on the sweeter side, but overall an excellent selection. A place I'd happily return to when I'm in Viborg !

Simpel surdej prepared around 40 buns with cheese for after our wedding ceremony. We ate them outdoors on blankets in the sun and people thought they tasted great, myself included :-)

Bakery that's the definition of hygge! We detoured for a snack on a road trip and loved the surdejbirkes (almond paste inside a sourdough croissant dough with poppy seeds; we've seen this as tebirkes and kobenhavnbirkes other places) and cardamom rolls. The gentleman working was so kind and welcoming to us (Americans who only speak English and French, I know, eye roll). He even recognized our hometown of Seattle (Go Seahawks!). Seattleites are coffee snobs and I loved my latte. I'm so glad we got to stop. Definitely a worthwhile treat break.
