Absolutely lovely experience. Fantastic both food and staff. Extremely recommended

I experienced the best service. Even though I arrived much later than my reservation time, they treated me very kindly. As expected of a famous restaurant, the food was excellent. In particular, the bread was delicious. I wanted to order extra.

We enjoyed our meal at The Pescatarian, but unfortunately it didn’t quite wow us as we had expected for the price. We paid around £160 for two people, including the four-course menu and two glasses of wine, so we were expecting something a little more memorable. One thing we really appreciated was the restaurant calling ahead to check about allergies. This was a lovely touch and made us feel that our dietary requirements had been taken seriously. We also enjoyed the staff coming out to explain each dish, which added to the experience. The food itself was enjoyable, with some lovely flavours and presentation, but the portions were quite small and we both left feeling hungry. For the price, we expected the four-course menu to be a little more substantial. Unfortunately, the overall atmosphere was quite lacking, and our main waiter came across as rather cold, which took away from the experience. The restaurant also felt a little tired in places. The bench seating at our table was slightly broken and moved noticeably whenever someone sat on it, and there were quite a few flies around our table, with one unfortunately ending up in my drink. We also noticed on the final bill that we had been charged for two lots of water, despite only asking for one. We had queried this during the meal and were assured we would only be charged for one, but unfortunately we were still charged for two. Overall, we’re glad we tried it and there were definitely aspects we enjoyed, particularly the care around allergies and the explanations of the dishes. However, for £160, we left feeling that it didn’t quite live up to our expectations. We’ve had more memorable experiences and felt we’ve had better value for money at other Michelin-starred restaurants.

I’ve never had hamachi sashimi served this small before. It was noticeably smaller than I expected based on the photos, which was disappointing. Overall, the dishes were quite salty. The final dessert was very much to my taste. The combination of white chocolate, blackcurrant gelato, strawberries, and cream was beautifully balanced.

Food so well prepared that the angels sing and with a good dose of innovation without it becoming molecular gastronomy. And then they always top it all off with professional waiters. Have now been there 4 times and every time it has been delivered from the top shelf.

Everything was perfect, from my reservation a few hours earlier right through to our departure from the restaurant. We had mentioned that one of us has a gluten intolerance, and although we notified the restaurant quite late, the menu was completely adapted for the person with coeliac disease. We were even served freshly made gluten-free bread prepared on site. The service, the staff, the flavours (we chose the “Chef’s Choice” — 6 courses), the presentation, the wines… everything was perfect. For us, the value for money was absolutely spot on. The food is creative, but somehow is like under test and not a final product. Especially the snack strawberry, even with so many sweet side elements like white chocolate, the strawberry itself is not good enough. In terms of service, the waitress adds the second water without asking us, when there is 20% water in the bottle. Finally we are charged 2 bottle of water, 45dkk each. Talking about environment, there is a curtain beside our table, after it there is a group of people, who made huge noise. For a restaurant with 100 euro per person, it needs to be improved.

Super good seafood in a modern style. The dishes were light, fresh and really well prepared.

We had a wonderful evening at Restaurant Pescatarian for a family celebration. We opted for the grand menu, without wine pairings, and were not disappointed. The restaurant's name is quite fitting; it's all about fish, primarily local, prepared in every imaginable way. Whether raw, steamed, or fried, everything was incorporated into the menu and tasted delicious. As a starter, we also enjoyed some oysters, each with different toppings, which was quite a treat. I also fondly remember the homemade sourdough rolls – truly delicious. The service was relaxed, friendly, and impeccable. I found the menu to be fairly priced. I wholeheartedly recommend a visit.
