Nicely packed on a Monday for lunch, but excellent service. A bit lacking and boring menu, but the food came quickly and was well prepared and absolutely delicious. The only problem is that you can't see out of the windows when you sit at the tables and eat!

Fantastic Wednesday evening event outside in the Gæstgivergården with live music (jazz) a wonderful 3 course menu and lovely wine. A great summer initiative we hope continues.

28/05/2026: We visited Open Kitchen and absolutely loved it. Both the food and the service were absolutely top class. A special thank you to our waiter, Mads, who provided incredibly attentive and professional service that made the evening absolutely perfect. We will definitely be back!
10/04/2026: I had cuvette ad libitum with steak fries and bearnaise. All in all, it was a really good experience with good taste Update: 3rd visit – this time with the early bird concept. Starter: cappaccio in a somewhat different interpretation, but it tasted fine. Main course: beef cuvette with airy bearnaise foam, which also tasted ok. The wine menu was mixed – the white wine was fine, but the red wine really bad. All in all, it is a really nice place for the price, despite the bad smiley from the Danish Food Agency, which did give rise to some concern.

24/04/2025: There is delicious soft ice cream, ice cream scoops, drinks and hot dogs/fries There are enough parking spaces and you are right next to the sea.
