He has an incredible passion for beer and knows everything there is to know about it. You can tell immediately that he puts his heart into the place. He’s always ready to recommend something that suits your taste, and he does it with a smile every single time. The atmosphere at Knuds Garage is warm, relaxed, and full of personality. It feels like a home away from home—somewhere you can unwind, catch up with friends, or just enjoy a really good beer in peace. (Impressive) Baked crust with garlic butter that is so cold that the solid butter blob was hotter than the potato.. - and no refund / discount / deduction. Even though you complained

31/05/2026: Such a lovely simple coffee place for breakfast and music. We could sit outside in the sun. Peaceful and quiet place among beautiful houses and without traffic noise. Nice service and good coffee in a big cup. The toilet was a bit "creepy" where the flush was done by pressing the stick down into the water trap. Nothing that affected my rating though.

26/06/2026: An experience I would have liked to have missed. 2 very young girls who had no idea about hygiene. They went straight from emptying trash cans to cooking without washing their fingers and the food was almost inedible.

05/06/2026: The food was not very good today, again today, oil in total 3 different sweet and sour sauces, no doubt that it all comes from cans, some of the worst is well enough that, even the cola was bad, the coffee was bad, the quality of the beans has become so bad, at first I thought it was me that was wrong, but it turns out after talking to the wife and other guests that the quality was not very good today and the last few times. This is probably the last time we come here, hope it gets better but don't expect it. It must be said that I am a smoker, my wife is not, that's why she says it's bad.

06/04/2026: The food was generally ok, but the steak (300g) was fantastic. Well-cooked and like marzipan all the way through - not a gram of tendon or anything to peel off. (It could have been a little more spicy/salty, but that's a matter of taste that can be decided at the table).

03/01/2026: The best Indian on Funen. One of the items was forgotten in my order. I didn't check it in the restaurant, so I only discovered it when I got home, but after a short call I got a refund.

01/02/2026: Skippers Vinstue in Dyssegård/Søborg is a proper cozy local gem! Classic Danish pub vibe with a warm, welcoming atmosphere — perfect for a cold beer, good wine, or hearty pub grub. Friendly staff, great selection of drinks, and it feels like a real neighborhood spot where everyone knows each other. Solid value and always good vibes.
