03/01/2026: Ingolfs is perhaps Amager's best coffee place. Always friendly staff, good atmosphere and reasonable prices. Not an impersonal chain, but a real Amager atmosphere. We come here often and we are grateful that the place exists.

22/05/2026: Thursday 16-4 we were going to celebrate our children's diamond wedding and we were going to have children who live in Copenhagen. We ordered food from Dolce Vita. Due to Covid-19, they couldn't come here. A delivery man came with a bag. We opened it. It was really disgusting. We started eating. The delivery man came back. I handed over the wrong bag. We had to pack the leftovers. He brought them back. The other bag contained a steak or a shoe sole. Inedible. The bill was 348.00 kr. The next day we called Dolce Vita and spoke to the owner. He was very apologetic about it. But no apology.

29/12/2025: Beautiful restaurant right near our hotel. Food was lovely, large meals. We all felt nourished afterwards. The poor waitress was run off her feet servicing all the tables alone but she did an amazing job catering to everyone. I would highly recommend you stop by here for a meal when in town.

06/06/2026: I was expecting more of a restaurant, but in reality it felt much closer to a café. The food was perfectly fine and I enjoyed the meal, but it didn’t leave a lasting impression. Everything was good, just not particularly memorable. Overall, a pleasant experience, but not quite what I was expecting.

22/12/2025: Pretty disappointed with the very un-cozy style of the cafe, not the hyggelig aesthetic you’d expect from scandi bakery. It’s super bright with mismatched, uncomfortable chairs and weird blue faces on walls and just completely mismatched style. What was on offer was very limited as well, which was super disappointing given all the recipes this woman makes, and we came the week before Christmas, so we were definitely expected some Christmas cookies and much more bakery goods. Very disappointing and could not recommend

03/02/2026: ⭐☆☆☆☆ – Shameful pettiness from. (Bagel store, Valby. Fuglehaven) I bought two salads and then asked for a microscopic portion for a 1-year-old child. Nothing was said that it would cost full price. Only when paying did I realize that they wanted to charge full price for something that can barely be called a meal. When I questioned it, the employee became uncomfortable and called the owner. She explained very clearly that it was a mini portion, and even asked if she shouldn't just charge 20–30 kr for it. The owner chose to say no anyway and demand full payment. This is not a misunderstanding – it is a conscious choice by management. When an owner who sits at a distance still chooses to push through the maximum price for food for a 1-year-old child, it shows exactly the level at which the place is run. It's not about money. It's about lack of morals, lack of flexibility and extremely bad style. Wanting to make an extra 50 kr on a child's small portion – and at the same time putting the employee in an embarrassing situation – is downright low. 11/04/2026: The fish soup was fantastic. And that created high expectations for the next dish. Unfortunately, they were not met. Boring fish fritters for 159 kr. There are many extra payments on the menu that give a slightly sad nickel and dime vibe. When buying wine you have to pay for water. We will not be back

22/11/2025: Delicious burgers and homemade lemonades. Friendly and fast service. The place is kept in the American style of roadside bars: warm, friendly, and inviting. We took advantage of the offer of two mini burgers for 70 kroner. We tried four flavors in total. Two is easily enough to satisfy a small hunger.

30/10/2025: Yes an angry young girls who couldn't smile now but maybe a bad day. Slow to take our order. Yes 35 minutes later our burger comes laid in a very tvedbæk looked like bread thing hard like coal well yes it looked like coal black bread tvedbæk meat salad tasted good fries were good .but refusal u ha no .but got pressured her got 10 percent wow never come there again and mean never again coal burger .

The selection was extremely limited—basically just bread, cheese, ham, and boiled eggs. That’s not brunch; that’s a very basic breakfast at best. We asked if it would be possible to order scrambled eggs or an omelette (which was listed on the menu) and were willing to pay extra, but were told no. That was surprising and frustrating, especially considering the price already feels high for what you actually get. The whole setup is also confusing. You book a table, but when you arrive, nothing is reserved—you have to find a spot yourself. It’s self-service, but not in the usual buffet sense where you have variety and flexibility. On top of that, guests are expected to clean their own table and dishes afterward, which doesn’t match the price point or the expectations of a brunch experience. Overall, this place feels more like a basic café breakfast being presented as a brunch buffet. It would honestly make more sense to just serve everything on a plate instead of calling it an open buffet—at least then the expectations would match the reality, and guests wouldn’t have to clean up afterward.

07/04/2026: The brunch was a really good experience with a nice selection of delicious and tasty dishes. The presentation was inviting, and the quality of the ingredients was clearly noticeable. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, which made the visit even more pleasant. The staff was welcoming and professional. All in all, a positive experience, although the price was a bit above the expected level.
