17/06/2026: Actually a lovely place with outdoor seating, nice waiters and on paper good food. Unfortunately, mayonnaise and garnish are used in their various dishes, which drowns out the taste of fish, rice, soy and wasabi. As if they doubt the quality of the pure ingredients. If there is a next time I will stick to the classic sushi.

30/11/2025: Christmas lunch at Møllehuset in Frederikshavn: A disaster from start to finish We were six adults and a small baby for their Christmas buffet – an experience that unfortunately ended up being one of the most unprofessional events I have ever attended. When booking, we informed them that we were coming with a baby and wanted a table by a window, so that we could have the stroller close and in sight. This was confirmed without hesitation. When we arrived, it turned out that yes, the table was by a window – but on the other side of the window there was a slope down towards the water, where a stroller obviously cannot stand. In other words: the promise was not fulfilled, and the stroller had to be placed in a place where we could not see it at all. A really bad start. But unfortunately that was only the beginning. We were seated 10 minutes earlier, as they requested. Yet it took 45-60 minutes before anyone even came to ask what we wanted to drink. When you only have 3 hours for the whole event, this is completely unacceptable. When the drinks finally arrived, of course one was missing – and even after pointing it out, another 5-10 minutes passed without anything happening. It seemed as if the staff were constantly forgetting things and running around without any overview. We quickly noticed that it wasn’t just us: the tables around us were also waiting for up to an hour for their drinks. Many guests complained loudly about the lack of service, poor service and a staff that clearly had nothing to do with anything. The atmosphere in the room was anything but Christmassy. The buffet was also nowhere near ready. Basic dishes such as pork roast, potatoes, fish fillet, etc. were constantly missing. Guests stood in line several times, only to discover that the dishes were empty again – and that it could take 5-10 minutes before anything was refilled. The quality of the food was ok, but certainly not enough to save the overall experience. In addition, a beer menu is placed on the table with 15 different beers – but only 3 are in stock. A detail that sums up the entire evening very well: Lots of promises, no delivery. I have rarely experienced such poor organization, such slow service and such little overview at an event that should have been planned well in advance and run according to routine. It seemed as if the staff were far too few, far too stressed and without coordination. Everyone at our table agreed: This was not a Christmas party – it was chaos. Unfortunately, it is clear that this was not just an isolated incident. Subsequently, we can see that many others have experienced the same thing. My recommendation is therefore clear: Cancel if you have booked, and save yourself the disappointment.

28/05/2026: A wonderful oasis in the lovely Frederiksberg Have, and a fine counterpart to De Små Haver at the other end in terms of dining experiences. A little more expensive but worth the money.

20/04/2026: This restaurant doesn't have any reviews in Italian, so I'll write one. We're in Frederiksberg Park, near the west entrance, in a simple building surrounded by greenery, with a lovely atmosphere. Inside, there are many rooms and small, well-decorated spaces, ranging from chic to minimalist. With large tables, you can ask for a room all to yourself—very hygge. The cuisine is typically Scandinavian, with smørrebrød and other healthy dishes, well-made and beautifully presented. Recommended if you're Danish! Just kidding, if you want to eat in the park, try it!

02/12/2025: Super delicious pizza, which you could pay with a German menu and in cash, as well as gluten-free and allergy-free special requests that were easily fulfilled.

22/11/2025: It was tasteless, dry, and soullessly prepared. I wanted to eat it, but I couldn't even finish half of it!!! It was a covered pizza!!!

21/11/2025: Nice enough food but we had to call again because we were missing a pizza. They had to make it in a hurry and drive it out. We demanded we pay for it but they admitted they made the mistake themselves. And with an order of over 700 kr I think it would be appropriate. They couldn't even give us a soda. And they only take cash. Bad service. Crete here we come.

13/04/2026: This is my go-to place whenever I’m craving pizza. They are very tourist-friendly, and it’s easy to communicate in English, which I really appreciate. The staff is always kind, attentive, and welcoming. The food is consistently good and delicious, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. I highly recommend this place and will definitely keep coming back!

24/03/2026: Really good gin bar. Nice to be served by someone who knows what he's talking about and who provides good service. The hardest thing about visiting Two socks is actually figuring out what to drink, because the selection is sooo big and overwhelming that it's hard to decide.
