25/09/2025: I recently visited this restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The service was very good, the staff were attentive, polite, and always ready to help, which made me feel very welcome. I ordered the rib-eye steak, and it was cooked very well: tender, juicy, and full of flavor. To complement my meal, I tried the Oreo milkshake, which was creamy, rich, and simply delicious – the perfect sweet treat to finish off. Overall, the combination of excellent food, a cozy atmosphere, and truly remarkable service made this visit highly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

28/04/2026: The food was excellent—light, tasty, and full of fresh vegetables. We all enjoyed it. We had a bit of trouble ordering because the menu is only available online and in Danish. However, the friendly staff helped us and even adjusted their ordering and payment system to accommodate us.

25/05/2026: We visit Strandcaféen in Brøndby regularly – in fact all year round – and that is precisely what makes the place so special. It is not just a café, but a place where you can really feel the change of seasons up close. In the summer there are lively and happy days. The café is well-filled, the atmosphere is relaxed, and you can almost feel the holiday in the air. Beach, sun and people merge into one, and it is buzzing with life. When summer starts to end, it becomes quieter, and the pace slows down a bit. In the autumn there is not the same hustle and bustle, and you can really enjoy the peace and the view. And in the winter it almost feels like you have the place to yourself – completely unique. What I especially like about Strandcaféen is that it is a down-to-earth place. There is a good and relaxed atmosphere, where you feel welcome every time. The service is always polite and accommodating – regardless of whether we come on the weekend for a brunch board or on a weekday for a bun and a cup of coffee. The quality is consistent, the ingredients are fresh, and the prices are fair. It's a place you'll return to again and again – not because it's fancy, but because it just works and feels right.

27/09/2025: We had a bad experience. Ordered a fried chicken BBQ burger and what we were served was raw. I commented on it and was told that's how they are. Ended up paying 150 kr and threw it all out except for the fries. Last time we eat there..

19/09/2025: A very authentic snack bar, with rustic tables and chairs. But it's cozy and hyggelig. The fish and chips were excellent. Exactly what you'd expect. The staff is very friendly, and the fried fish was really good. We felt at home.

21/09/2025: I was there 2 hours before they closed, where he said he had the last 2 shawarma dishes. Like a customer had ordered it but he hadn't picked it up, but that wasn't true at all, it was all sorts that he had collected after the customers who were inside eating🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤦🏽‍♂️

14/09/2025: Let me start by saying that I have lived in Nørrebro since 2008, and have eaten an incredible amount of kebab in that time. I therefore feel that I can say with some authority that Sultan is one of the best you can find in Nørrebro. The meat is perfectly seasoned. The bread and salad are of really good quality. Good, fast, friendly service. Their Arabic shawarma is their specialty - it deserves to be highlighted. It is a meat feast of such magnificent character that I think it could make an arch-Jew forget everything about voting for Inger Støjberg.

20/05/2026: I ordered a pizza no. 33 with kebab, chicken, salad, tomato and dressing. When I received the pizza, there was neither kebab nor chicken on it. The pizza only consisted of salad, dressing, cheese and tomato sauce. I subsequently called the store twice to explain the error. Both times the phone was picked up, but as soon as I mentioned the problem with the pizza, the phone was put away without an answer, and the phone was not even hung up properly. I am very dissatisfied with both the food and the way I have been treated.

23/04/2026: We enjoyed ourselves, so 5 stars for the atmosphere. Food, not quite what I had imagined, the potatoes seemed like they were just split and put in the microwave to be warm, the sauce was a very ordinary butter sauce, I have had Wienerschnitzel in many different places, but always with a cloud sauce, peas had been cooked a few minutes too long. The meat itself was reasonable, not dry but not crispy on the outside either. So the food does not live up to the price. Service, the waiter was not service minded, asked "what can I do for you", it almost seemed like he did not want to be at work, not so much as a smile. But they were also looking for new waiters, maybe that's why😂 Cozy city center.

18/01/2026: Thank you for a really delicious and tasty burger today afternoon, it was our first visit to you and we will definitely be back. You could taste it was good ingredients, including good meat and a delicious homemade (baker's) bun. And cheaper than at cafes in mid-air 😁🍔

20/09/2025: Very nice staff and very helpful … But unfortunately the food was not very good. A lot of oil in the food and it did not seem that the Padadam was fresh. Crumbled between the fingers. As well as the fried onions were soft and boring. Mint dressing and chutney seemed like they had been taken from a jar. In no way freshly made and did not taste very good Unfortunately have had MUCH better elsewhere. We chose takeaway because the restaurant did not seem very cozy.

03/05/2025: This is a very pretty cafe and the food was nice but it took about 20 minutes to deliver two croissants and a bowl of granola. Don’t go if you are in a hurry!
