23/02/2026: I would like to complain about an experience I had with you. The man behind the counter first said that they couldn't make milkshakes. So I ordered an iced coffee instead. Right after, he said that they could make a milkshake anyway. Then I asked for a milkshake, but the one I was given was only almost half full. I think it was a bad experience and not up to par with the service and quality you expect. 23/02/2026🤡🤪

03/07/2026: The soft serve ice cream tasted okay, but the price and size didn't match up. The portion here was as big as in other ice cream parlors in Lille.

30/06/2026: Just stopped by to get a small soft ice cream, I ask for it in a large waffle, I am informed if it costs more but ok When I have to pay it costs 14 kr. to get a slightly larger waffle That is robbery it costs a maximum of one krone more in purchases also 14 kr. !!!! Right across the street it doesn't cost a krone, it is good service.

09/11/2025: Famous Gas Station. Also known as “Skovshoved Petrol Station”. Perfect for filling gas, getting coffee, cookies & croissants. Ice-cream parlor. Seating. Helpful staff. Well priced. Definitely a must go place for coffee.

17/05/2026: We ordered food for 29 people at Byens Madhus, and it was a really good experience from start to finish 😊 Everything was ready exactly as agreed when we came to pick it up, which made the whole pick-up easy and stress-free. The food was delicious, beautifully presented and there was plenty for everyone. The guests were very satisfied, and you could clearly taste that good ingredients were used. Super good service, high quality and very professionally handled. We will definitely order from there again and can highly recommend Byens Madhus.

09/06/2026: Lovely atmosphere and cute LOOKING plates. That’s where the positive parts about this cafe end for me. Strange and cold customer service, and extremely salty eggs that are simply hard to eat. With a bit more friendly customer service and a whole lot less salt in the food, it’ll match the beautiful ambiance.

06/06/2026: Is a cozy corner where you can enjoy a different vibe. Charcuterie with amazing self-baked sourdough that blender exquisitely into olive oil. They have a great varierty of wines and decente beers. The food is excellent and the atmosphere unique. Is our spot for a nice talk with friends.
