22/09/2025: I was disappointed when the cashier didn't provide a receipt and handed us a plastic lid for our hot tea, made from PS, which is harmful to health, especially for small children. Given the high prices (which are above average for Copenhagen), it seems reasonable to expect that the bakery would use better-quality plastic lids. I feel let down, especially since the bakery is advertised as eco-friendly.

26/08/2026: Absolutely Recommended! We spent a wonderful August evening at Smaek and were thoroughly impressed. The garden provides a beautiful atmosphere and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the evening. We would especially like to highlight the service: the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. The food exceeded our expectations as well. Every dish was beautifully prepared and truly delicious. Our conclusion: a perfect evening from start to finish. We would be delighted to return anytime and wholeheartedly award five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

10/07/2026: I stayed at Hotel Svanen with my man for 4 nights on July (6.7.-10.7.). The room we had was room 22 and it was supplied with all the needed items (a hairdryer, two trash cans, a TV, a comfy sofa etc). The breakfast buffet was good as well, I particularly liked that we were able to make our own mini waffles with a waffle iron. However our hotel rooms shower/bathroom was a big disappointment. The bathroom had a moldy wet smell and we spotted 4 fly-like insects, possibly drain flies? Some items in the bathroom had something that might have been mold (picture 2: lock on the door, and picture 3: instruction paper). We made sure to keep the door closed as much as possible because of the smell and the flies. This was an inconvenience and it was not a pleasant place to take showers. The location of the hotel was perfect and the hotel staff was very friendly to us. We did make a reservation online to the hotels own restaurant (Restaurant No 8) a day before our reservation. The restaurant was offering adults and childrens buffets and a la carte menu. Upon arrival to the restaurant we saw a sign informing us that buffet for adults was not available that day because of some kind of a private event. It would have been nice to know this before arriving to the restaurant because we had been planning to eat the buffet food. We ended up canceling the dinner reservation and went elsewhere.

04/07/2026: A nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. This is a good place to stay when visiting Billund for Lego as it is a short walk from both the Lego house and Legoland.

21/08/2026: Many different types of tacos and drinks. The homemade lemonades are definitely recommended, with very strong fruit flavors. The chorizo ​​taco was a personal favorite; furthermore, I recommend ordering tacos that aren't filled with just meat, as they can get quite dry quickly. Additionally, there is a salsa bar with 3 to 4 different types of salsa. Ordering is via QR code.

21/08/2026: Super tasty tacos and a simple concept. Also cheap. If you are from abroad, ordering is a bit more difficult, but still perfectly doable.

20/06/2026: Without a doubt the best sushi in town. The taste is excellent and the pieces are just the right size - not giant pieces like many of the competitors make them because their chefs are not skilled enough. It's not cheap, but quality costs money.

01/03/2026: I am only reviewing the restaurant. I have not stayed at the hotel. Clear menu, good prices and generous portions. We ordered two cups of coffee and got a whole pot on the table. The surroundings are cozy, and both the service and the view from the Panorama restaurant are good.
