18/07/2026: Great selection and friendly staff. We recommend the mini meatballs and the fried noodles. The soft-serve ice cream machine is a real highlight. We'll definitely be back.

11/07/2026: Buffet. Delicious and fresh food, a large selection. They constantly monitored and brought fresh food if it ended on the tables, meaning there were no empty trays. It was great that there was a choice of fruit for dessert, not just sweets. Wonderful staff. I liked that the Ukrainians working there were very friendly. There was no language barrier. They explained and showed everything. Thank you very much 🙏

30/05/2026: We had brunch. It's a combined brunch. The food was beyond reproach. It tasted delicious and was made by real chefs and not just something that was bought in and thrown together like I feel some brunch places can be. It's right next to the water which I imagine can be beautiful in good weather. However, there is a long wait for waiters and food. It's also on the expensive side in terms of price

04/08/2026: Wow what a surprise gem in the heart of Thisted. We were very impressed by the quality of the food. You can tell they're very detail oriented by how beautifully they present their food. The portions are huge so it's great quality for money. I had the shrimp and egg sandwich. It was delicious and there was SO much shrimp. We also got smørrebrod. So nicely presented. The roast beef one was especially delicious. You also have access to their impressive salad bar. It would do quite well as a meal as its own since the sandwiches are huge. I'd love to come back and try their grilled dishes. It's really nice to relax on the deck and have some cocktails. They play great music too.. The raspberry dream cocktail was my favourite. It really pops. Highly recommended!!!

04/08/2026: We had hoped for a pleasant lunch experience, but unfortunately, several issues during our visit left us a bit disappointed. While the place has potential, there are a few important things that need attention: Service and Table Management: We waited quite a while after being seated for our menus, and ultimately ended up having to grab them ourselves rather than having a waiter bring them to us. Additionally, the tables next to us were left uncleared for a long time, meaning we sat next to old food remnants for a good portion of our meal. Hygiene Practices: We noticed a couple of hygiene habits that could definitely be improved. When our drinks were served, the bartender held the glasses right by the top rim where you place your mouth. Furthermore, the pepper isn't in a shaker; instead, it's kept in a small open bowl where guests have to reach in with their fingers, which felt rather unhygienic. Food and Beverages: The cola was unfortunately served warm, and the french fries turned out to be far too salty for our taste. With a bit more attention to service speed, table clearing, and hygiene details, this could be a much nicer spot. Sadly, we left feeling a bit let down this time.

18/08/2026: Vivaldi Vejle: Fantastic and fast service. We only had time to step in, then a sweet young lady (with the braid) came and welcomed us and brought bread and butter for our baby. We also only had time to order, 30 seconds later our drinks came. And the food was super delicious - probably one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten.. Thanks for a good experience. We will definitely come again

09/09/2026: We had a lovely dinner there, with 2 people and 2 dogs. Because we arrived on time (around 17:45), there was still room inside. You could also sit comfortably on the heated terrace. The staff was very friendly and the service very quick. The food was fresh and good but not exceptional, but the reasonable price reflected that. Definitely recommended.

30/08/2026: While eye catching on the outside, Bottega Barlie had by far the worst customer service that I have ever experienced at any establishment. The staff were extremely disgruntled, inattentive, and overall rude. Many of the servers repeatedly asked us why we were waiting in line, as if the whole point of a restaurant isn't to eat food. One server even told us that we couldn't wait in a line outside the restaurant, nor could we stand in a line in the restaurant, and wouldn't give us a third option as to where to patiently wait for an open table. We should have left then. When seated, there was not a sense of urgency in the building that it took 45+ minutes to get a table, only to realize that Breakfast was no longer being served, and we were expected to pay 200dkk for white beans. Needless to say I will not be returning to a restaurant that prides itself on its mediocrity and poor service.

24/06/2026: It's a cozy small place, with a lovely small staff attending you. Food took its time, which is an appreciated guarantee of some freshness. This is also helped by the fact you can look into the kitchen yourself and see the cook at work. All very tidy and clean. Food was delicious! It's often you will find in some Thai places food completely overpowered by grease/oil. This was not the case here! All incredibly flavorful and well balanced, all cooked on point! No complaints whatsoever. Cozy place. Great selection. Loving staff. Quick service. Great food. It made for a great end to our evening!

13/06/2026: Wonderful Thai food and an incredible alternative for me with celiac disease! I had Pad Thai, Poh Pir Gapraw, fried banana and also tried their chicken pops! Delicious food, a bit expensive but definitely worth it for the experience! Their chili sauce was also delicious! I highly recommend this homey restaurant and will definitely go here again if I find myself in Copenhagen. As someone with a celiac diagnosis since I was little, I have never tried real fried chicken or banana, and only tried spring rolls once in school, so this experience was absolutely wonderful! My sibling who I went with said that there was no taste difference between the ‘regular’ food and these gluten-free varieties, so I am completely satisfied! Thank you so much! 💜

20/05/2026: The food is as expected, not bad but not wow from previous visits either. Closes when it suits them, their "opening hours" are not followed, they open and close as the wind blows. Feels a little racist towards whites because I came a quarter past closing time and couldn't get food, even though others of other ethnic backgrounds were standing around eating and drinking. Then they have to close when it's time to close and clean up afterwards. Won't be back, luckily I have another favorite place close by.

28/08/2026: Have visited the place before and sat outside. Delicious milkshake without being extraordinary. Very high noise level, especially due to refrigerated displays. Danish is apparently understood, but answers are given in English. Reasonably stylish interior otherwise, but the noise is a drag.

12/08/2026: Really good Italian experience! The food was super delicious, tasty and made with respect for Italian cuisine. Good ingredients, beautiful servings and lots of flavor. The atmosphere was cozy and authentic, and the service was both present and professional.

02/08/2026: Nice and quiet, clean and tidy, nice waiters, large selection on the menu… And not least; fantastic food! Best salad buffet I have ever tried. We also noticed that the soda here tasted really good compared to other places.
