10/01/2026: Really good pizza and high quality. The bottom was a bit burnt, but other than that it is clearly the best pizza restaurant I have tried in Kalundborg. The delivery via Wolt works really well. Highly recommended.

10/07/2025: I rather be home and do the laundry 🧺 then be here alr alr let me explain so when we first got here it’s alr but when we sit down and we are waiting for the robot to come to our table to give the sushi 🍣 but when it comes it took 20min for it to come I guess that’s normal but when we order more sushi it took 30min bro like I paid much for this and it is like this I get treated NEWER GONNA COME BACK At first glance I should have turned around. The sign hung crooked, the door creaked like a horror movie, and there was a strange smell of burning without anything clearly being prepared. But I, naive and sushi hungry, entered Kaito Sushi with hope in my heart and a rumbling in my stomach. It was the beginning of a culinary tragedy that still haunts me The Atmosphere: A Room Without a Soul Boys Be Electronic Transmission Gal Now t I The sushi arrived after 22 minutes, presented on a plastic tray as if it had all been taken away from the day before. The rice was dry, crumbly, and crumbled just looking at it. The fish was... strange. It had a smell that reminded me most of a port in July, and the kind of sheen on the surface that you usually see on old mackerel fillets in oil. What was supposed to be salmon tasted like a mix of canned tuna and defeat The avocado in my maki was brown. Not that slightly brown – but like: “Hey, I was cut 2 days ago and have been in the fridge without a cover”-brown. There was also a tempura roll where the tempura was so soggy that I honestly thought it was wet bread until I took a bite and was like, "Oh my God!" Hygiene The toilet? No thanks. If you value your health, don't go. There was no soap, the mirror was covered in... something, and the paper towel holder was hanging by one screw. The floor felt damp. Not wet. Damp tS The prices: The insult is complete When you pay 198 kroner for a deluxe menu, you expect to at least leave the place without regrets and an upset stomach. The only "deluxe" thing about the experience was how much I was ripped off. I would have rather spent that money on 7-Eleven sushi, and that's saying a lot. I left the place feeling like I paid for an assault on Japanese food Conclusion: 0 out of 5 stars – would rather sp I don't know who owns Kaito Sushi, but if they read this: please find another calling. 04/11/2025: Norm. parking, WC-free, shower-20 CZK, clean, there is a cafe, macchiato 30 CZK. At night, the laundry and cafe are not open. "Heads" from the road became, not noisy. The night passed peacefully.

09/12/2025: Without a doubt the most boring and tasteless pizza we have ever had! A huge layer of cheese, and canned sausages with no taste. Overall a very flat experience.

01/11/2025: Writes homemade But freezing kebabs and bagged salad 🤔 not very homemade about it Hygiene one used gloves and changed them the others had their hands many times and in many places on the body and when the food has come out of the oven it is not so good as the bacteria are not treated hotter which is a prerequisite for them to be allowed to make pizza without using gloves 🤔

And the baklava 🍰💛 was amazing—crispy layers, rich pistachio, and that perfect sweet syrup balance 😋👌🏻🔥. A delicious, authentic Turkish treat that hits the spot every time 🌟🎉🔥.

20/04/2026: Cozy place with many varieties and good baklava. Too much oil in the hot dishes, but otherwise good taste. Too loud music. Better if you turned off the music so you can hear each other talk.

31/07/2025: Due to summer holiday closures at other local places, this place had to give it a shot! I've eaten a lot of pizza in my life, and I don't think I'll ever forget this one. Stop, how bad was it 🫩 the bottom was completely burnt, the cheese was missing in several places on the pizza and generally crunchy dry. A pizzaria with respect for itself, just checks if the bottom is black when you take the pizza out of the oven, and if they did that on the pizza I had, maybe they should consider a new lighting installation down there. Highly recommended for people you can't stand

27/07/2025: We ordered a large pizza, and they said it was a family pizza. We were left hungry. I know the size of a family pizza from other places. This pizza place delivered a small pizza, but they charge for a family pizza. We will come again!!! We thought we were buying a family-size pizza until it arrived. It's a shame we all went hungry. I know the size of a family-size pizza. This is the smallest family-size pizza I've ever seen. A place that charges for a family-size pizza but sells a small one, and then tries to convince us it's a family-size pizza, was a terrible dining experience. You can only rip someone off like that.

30/05/2026: Cozy place on the hill 🌞 super nice staff and very service-minded 👍 there is a cozy atmosphere and plenty of space between the tables 👍 nice so you don't have to hear what they are talking about at the table next to you 👍 the food is good, perfect pork that is not too dry, as you often experience 😊 the sauce tasted fantastic 👍 can only recommend this place out on the hill, nice staff 👍 good food 👍 and at extremely reasonable prices 👍

23/05/2026: Went with a couple of friends at Laura's, where we had booked a table on Friday before our trip to Bakkens Hvile. We were met by a very sweet and service-oriented waiter. Before we knew it, we had our ordered drinks, and shortly after our food arrived. 3 large portions of fried pork and for the fourth two delicious appetizers, shrimp cocktail with LOTS of shrimp and a piece of parma ham. There were two of us who didn't need a refill of pork, while the last one just needed four more pieces. Delicious oven-roasted pork, new potatoes and parsley sauce. Lovely. We finished the meal with a good cup of coffee. During the entire meal, our sweet and smiling waitress was around us to make sure everything was ok. And she had a lovely sense of humor, so we played ping pong happily. You really should stick with the set waitress. Thank you for a lovely evening with you, which continued to be enjoyable at Bakkens Hvile.

11/09/2025: A schnitzel for €39 (!!!) in this musty 80s atmosphere is simply unacceptable. We left.

08/08/2025: No experience with the rooms, but we ate here. We ordered steak and were given a pork belly. This was definitely not beef, see photos. We also ordered schnitzel. I've had better schnitzel at the football club, where I paid €2 for it compared to the €39 here. Not worth it.

21/05/2026: Saw the restaurant lots of times in ads, so I decided to try it out. You can order through a QR code, which is great, but I wanted to ask for a recommendation (as it was my first time there and I'm not that familiar with Korean food), but I couldn't find anyone from the staff and when I went to their pick-up area at the beginning, someone just smiled at me and walked away. So since no recommendation, I went for a safe choice - the korean chicken nuggets and some fries with some 'special' salt. I think both tasted good, but imo just normal fries and nuggets, nothing over the top - but good portion size!!! (Maybe their sandwiches are better or more 'exciting'). Also for said dishes, I waited around 30mins (even though everyone around me already had food), but based on other reviews I guess it is normal?

23/03/2026: First of all, the portions were small. Additionally, when we went with my friend, the food arrived late. After the food arrived, a woman, whom I assumed was the manager (not a waitress), kept hovering around us. She kept saying things to the waitress while looking at us. Then, the waitress, looking embarrassed, took our food away before we had finished. When she brought our bill, she went into a room and watched us through the gap in the door. When I looked back, she closed the door. As we were leaving, she was looking at where we had sat and saying something to the waitress. I am a respected doctor in my country. I am in a position to pay the bill. I can pay. My clothing wasn't problematic either. I think the blonde woman, whom I assume is the manager, is problematic. I also think she didn't treat the waiters well. I've told every friend in my country who goes there never to go. And never go. It's a business I don't want to see making money.
