21/07/2026: I have never had such bad sushi. Poorly rolled; extremely salty; tough sashimi; dry, chewy ends of cucumber; stringy ginger, cut far too thick. We threw it out.

23/06/2026: It has been an excellent place to eat sushi until the other day, when the food tasted significantly different and the service level dropped. The tempura shrimp in the sushi rolls were soft and cold and not at all warm and crisp as they usually are. We were missing more appetizers. We waited a long time for the appetizers and drinks. They came almost at the same time as the sushi and they were cold. We had ordered Ngiri with garlic but received it without. So all in all, there was a lot that contributed to a worse experience.

14/09/2026: The staff in the afternoon are more interested in talking to each other than serving customers. The cake was thrown on the counter, no eye contact, totally indifferent and wouldn't help with the app after I spent time being confused about whether it had scanned correctly. Made eye contact with another customer and we both looked at each other - both a bit shocked by the service. It was NOT busy. Only with the internal gossip.

14/06/2026: I have unfortunately had a bad experience from here twice now. A few weeks ago I ordered a durum with chili and no tomato, but instead got a durum with tomato and no chili. It can happen, I thought, so I gave them another chance. I ordered again today, and the exact same thing happened again. Once again I got tomato in it, even though I had asked for it without tomato, and there was no chili in it. On top of that, there was almost no meat in my durum — it felt like there were only 2-3 small strips of meat in it. The rest was basically just lettuce. My girlfriend's durum was not good either. The meat that was in her durum tasted very perfume-like, which made the experience even worse. It is quite disappointing when you both get the wrong order, almost no meat in the food, and at the same time experience that the meat does not taste as it should. I expected better, especially when the mistake happens twice.

04/05/2026: Nice premises. A big ÷ is that the men's toilet was right next to the main hall and it didn't smell like roses when you entered the hall.

13/03/2026: Okay. Not exciting. A week ago: Salad as a vegetarian main course, with rice and potatoes. Tasty salad - still the same, but still a drop in standard from the previous year. There are many delicious vegetarian dishes. Folding tables, but with a tablecloth. No information about buying extra drinks. Should you bring your own? A year ago: Same folding tables, without a tablecloth. Excellent vegetarian chili sin carne. And you could buy more to drink than the included drink with the meal. In short: Slightly varying impressions.

12/05/2026: The best butterchicken and chickenpalak in town. You won't find better anywhere else. Super good service.

27/07/2026: Surprisingly good food at a fair price. Unfortunately, the place looks a bit closed from the outside, and the service seemed a bit absent. There was a new employee at work who was clearly being trained, but the person in charge seemed more interested in scrolling on his phone than helping both the colleague and the guests (us). It was difficult to get instructions on how to understand the menu, and it is not very clear what you actually get. Fortunately, the food was really good and made the experience worth coming for. All in all, a good lunch, but with clear potential for improvement on the service front. 👌

09/07/2026: Called down 25 minutes before closing time and ordered a pork bowl with crispy chicken. To my great disappointment I come home with a bowl with only rice, carrot, red cabbage, red pepper and crispy chicken. No cucumber and edamame beans. Why not say it on the phone that you can't make it as you usually do or when I picked it up they had given a small discount on the price. MEGA disappointment. Would have liked to have sent an email about this but you can't. I have sent an email twice 😉

15/07/2026: I rarely write critical reviews, but I think this experience is worth sharing in a factual and constructive way. Unfortunately, my visit to Bagergården in Frederikssund did not live up to my expectations. I find that the prices are on the high end, and when you pay a high price, I also expect an experience where both service and information are top-notch. What worried me most was the handling of allergens. I did not experience that there was the necessary security or clarity regarding allergy information. For people with food allergies, it is crucial that the staff can provide reliable guidance about ingredients and any risk of cross-contamination. This is an area where I believe there is a need for improvement. This review is not written to talk down the place, but with a hope that it will be taken as constructive feedback. There is certainly room for improvement, especially when it comes to information about allergens and the overall customer experience. I would not rule out visiting Bagergården again. If the experience is better next time, I would also like to change my rating. I sincerely hope that the things I experienced are worked on, because the potential is definitely there.

25/06/2026: You can barely see the raisins in raisin buns. I bought one for my daughter and she was disappointed to find only ONE raisin in the bun. Same goes for the chocolate buns. They put a teaspoon of sugar on top to mask the lack of chocolate in the buns. Buy them from Meny. The chocolate and raisin buns look and taste just right, and at half the price

23/01/2026: Unpleasant experience, there was forgotten baking paper in the food and I asked for the manager to several waitresses who did not address the manager, there was a lack of toilet paper in the toilets and nothing was done about it, they served the wrong drink, no employee I spoke to spoke Danish, they did not seem educated or professional, I will not go there again, had to pay full price for the bad experience!

25/05/2026: We ordered 3 burgers yesterday (May 24, 2026) at Dragør Pizza Huset and they were absolutely disgusting. The meat was extremely highly processed and had a horrible rubbery consistency – it felt more like chewing on cartilage than real meat. They were clearly very cheap, low quality processed beef burgers. For the price of 71–81 kr it is extremely poor value for money! I would definitely not recommend anyone to buy burgers from this fast food restaurant. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! HORRIBLE FOOD.

27/04/2026: I bought a homemade durum for 70 kr. There was barely 100 g of kebab in it, and it tasted mostly of salad and dressing. I am so disappointed. I won't buy from here, that's why many have given bad reviews
