20/08/2026: Writing ⭐ 1 star – disappointing dining experience We went down to eat and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We ordered chicken with fries, but there was no salad. The plate seemed very dry and not very inviting. We also ordered a baked potato with salad. What we were served was diced potatoes mixed into the salad – in our opinion, it has little to do with a baked potato. The interior of the restaurant itself is otherwise really nice, but the large room felt very empty, and there was no soft music to create a cozy atmosphere. If the food and atmosphere had been on par with the beautiful interior, it could have been a really good experience. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the place and will not be back. ⭐ 1 star

09/08/2026: Pizza & Burgerhouse is an older establishment. In 2026 it moved from the roundabout to the square. This has provided more parking spaces and easier access. Service and quality are excellent.

05/07/2026: Cool disco that is open Friday and Saturday from 10pm to 5am. Free entry before midnight. There is room for all styles and ages. There are a few places to sit and a nice big dance floor on the ground floor. On the first floor there is room for many. See my profile for more tips about Aarhus or other places

14/06/2026: DONT GO HERE!!!! Very bad experience went with my other female friend to the toilet got intimidated by a very rude and aggressive security guard. When we asked what was wrong we got kicked out. Entrance fee wasted very bad vibes here. Don’t waste your money!

17/05/2026: I had a very unpleasant experience at Espresso House in Spinderiet on Sunday, May 17, 2026, around 4 p.m. We experienced clear discrimination in the way guests were treated. While other guests were allowed to remain seated and were greeted in a friendly tone, we, who were dark-skinned, were spoken to in a rude and aggressive manner and asked to immediately leave the outdoor seating area with the message that it was closed. The situation gave us a strong feeling of being treated differently based on our appearance. In addition, my order was also not made correctly, as I specifically asked for oat milk in my coffee, which was ignored. The most disappointing thing is that this experience is in direct contrast to the image and CSR values ​​of respect, inclusion and equal treatment that Espresso House otherwise presents itself with. As a loyal customer for several years, it is very disappointing to experience treatment that made us feel unwelcome and belittled. I hope Espresso House takes such experiences seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with the same respect and dignity regardless of skin color or background.

18/07/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great food! The pizza was fresh, tasty and made with good ingredients. Fast service and friendly staff. Can definitely recommend Nova Pizza, and I would love to come back!

07/08/2025: The food came a little too slowly. There was only 1 waiter. The food was sitting too exposed. The intimate environment was missing. The atmosphere in the room was too cold, too much Scandinavian style with wooden slats. It ruined the Japanese style

20/06/2025: A bit of a bummer to pay 75 kr for a tomato that has been cut out and some peas on top. Otherwise a nice place to have a beer, but the food is not to be raved about.

10/08/2026: Name was misleading for me as I don't eat pizza. This is no ordinary pizzeria. They have amazing indian food and many other variables. Price is good and delivery arrived on time. 5/5

12/08/2026: Had lunch on 11/08. It's a windy day so we ask to sit inside, are told that it's not a problem and are seated in the restaurant by a young male waiter. After we've been sitting for about 15 minutes, an older male waiter comes and asks almost hostilely if we've just sat down, but we explain that we've been shown in by his colleague. He obviously would rather have the guests outside. This session is repeated by others who are shown in. We are warned about a waiting time. End up waiting an hour for the food, which tasted fine. Such nice food, nice premises, but we almost felt as if we had taken something from the waiter, or done something wrong in sitting down. If we hadn't had a sleeping child in a stroller with us, we would have left before ordering.

23/04/2026: regarding an incident that took place about a year and a half ago at Mulligans in Roskilde, which still has consequences for us. One Friday evening we were at your bar with a group of friends. We were sitting on the upper floor when we went to the toilet. Here we quickly noticed that a water pipe had burst from the toilet before we got out. In an attempt to help, one of us sat down to try to put the hose back in place. Unfortunately, this resulted in him getting soaked and water coming out onto the floor. We then went directly to the bar upstairs to inform the staff about the problem. Due to the busyness, however, we were unable to get in touch with the bartenders, even though we stood there for about 10 minutes. Since we could not get hold of anyone, we chose to go back to our table. 10–15 minutes later, the then manager (or person in charge) came up to our table and asked us to come outside. Outside we were met with a very agitated and unpleasant tone and were accused of having caused the damage. Despite our calm and repeated explanation that we had done nothing wrong, but on the contrary tried to help and draw attention to the problem, the police were called. When the police arrived and reviewed the video surveillance, it became clear that there was no basis for any case and that we had done nothing wrong. The police confirmed that there was nothing more to be found and that our explanation was consistent with what could be seen on the surveillance. Despite this, we were subsequently expelled for life. Here, a year and a half later, we are still being turned away at the door. We find the situation very unfair, especially since we have never shown bad behavior, but on the contrary tried to help your staff. Mulligans has been a natural gathering place for young people in Roskilde over the years – including us and our circle of friends – and it is therefore a great disappointment to continue to be excluded on grounds that the police considered did not give rise to further action. We hope you will take the time to reconsider the matter and look forward to hearing from you.

27/03/2026: Came in to order some food for me and my family, 3 customers were before me who ordered their food. There was 1 employee to cook food & serve customers, but before he would take my word he had to take those who ordered through the website.... Cool you are busy but then hire staff for the traffic who wants to wait 30min to order their food... super poor

29/04/2026: Very good accomodation ! The beds are very confy, every space was sparkling clean, big rooms and bathroom. We also had a fully equiped kitchen so we could cook oul meal at the end of the day. Although it is very near the main street, it was very quiet. Entrance with number combination is the best, it is private and easy. Parking space is plenty for everyone. Highly recommend !

14/12/2025: A wonderful place, God bless it. The rooms are clean, all the furniture is new, the mattresses are clean, and the bathroom is too.

06/09/2025: We were greeted by smiling and friendly staff, and the service was quick. Unfortunately the food was not very good, my husband got chicken salad, a very small portion, and there was more salad than chicken!!! My fish fillet was fried in rancid oil! So we were not as satisfied as the last time we were here.

30/08/2025: The atmosphere was nice and cosy until a pungent odour of drain suddenly hit us! We sat just opposite of the kitchen door and next to the toilets. It was awful but luckily we were done eating. The fish was too salty, unfortunately. Main meal very small with a little piece of cod and 3 tortellinis. Dessert was a chocolate mousse, quite nice but topped with a tasteless and chewy merengue. Unnecessary! More chocolate mousse and less trying to be chichi. Most surprising part of the dinner: the bill If you choose entry of the day, main of the day and dessert of the day you pay less then for the 3-course menu consisting of the exact same 3 dishes. The waitress argued that if’s the chef who sets the prices and this is how it’s done in Denmark. Well, so be it, but we won’t return in this case and felt a bit fooled. However, lovely Pinot Noir!

04/09/2026: Bad service. I understand having policies about not wanting dogs inside a store, but when you come in with a puppy that is stuffed well into a bag and that I am alone with and not old enough to stand outside the store, I think maybe they could make an exception when I just need something quick to go. Which I then had to drop. The girl who served me had a very negative attitude towards me from the start despite the fact that I tried to explain the situation. Bad experience.

02/09/2026: Over the last few years, the quality has dropped permanently. The recipe of a new sourdough is changed within a short time and meanwhile it doesn't taste like sourdough bread anymore. You feel the industrial production more and more. Annoying is also that there's many breads that have lots of flour on the crust. The service is always friendly though.
