14/08/2025: Service was nice but the Deli Special was a big disappointment, the strawberry smoothie also tasted quite watered-down

24/07/2025: Good cozy place. Service and management were top. The food and drinks were with good taste. The prices were a bit expensive.

03/05/2026: It was the worst pizza I have ever eaten. I ordered a pizza and I really couldn't believe my eyes. It looked like it was made of children's play dough. The dough was so thin that it was barely 2 mm thick. As I was eating, holes appeared in the dough because of how thin it was. In addition, the pizza was also very small, almost only 3/5 of a regular plate. It was truly a horrible experience.

29/04/2026: Bad food and very very stingy people

13/10/2025: Dirty as hell. Overcrowded rack with dishes, and dirty tables. The toilet was full of pee and the trash can was overflowing. The 2 sweet poor clerks had LOTS of customers. The shelves were empty. Unfortunately we got a signature brew that tasted old. We complained about it of course. We were offered an Americano, which we accepted... But no... when we had waited 10 minutes we got a freshly made signature brew.. It was a bit of a confusion.. but good coffee after a total of 20 minutes... But smiling staff!

04/10/2025: The prices are completely out of line, but it's a nice place to sit, for example with a book. You can also sit upstairs. The staff is very friendly, and there aren't as many people as at some of the blogger coffee shops that are otherwise in Aarhus.

04/06/2026: Good pizza and impeccable service! Last time I went to pick up pizza, I hadn't called ahead, so sat outside to wait (as it was HOT!). I made sure to sit in full view of the counter, so I could keep an eye out for when my pizza was done and come back in. No need - the owner came out and delivered it with a smile!

11/04/2026: I have never tasted such a bad pizza before. I ordered online and they ignore me with phone calls, and a pizza with ham tomato sauce and cheese is apparently difficult to make since the filling does not exist, NEVER BUY PIZZA FROM THERE. add for an experience I also ordered with dressing yes….. that is not included. 31/12/2025: Not recommended. Had a table for 5pm, but arrived at 4pm to a completely empty restaurant. Was greeted by the most flabby guy at the entrance. He didn't even say hello or welcome. I asked him if we could come to the table now, or alternatively just sit and have a drink somewhere in an otherwise completely empty restaurant. Both requests were just met with a no, after which a female employee of the restaurant came over and said we could easily have the table right away. First I started by ordering 2 cocktails, but only received one of them. 10-15 minutes later we asked a waiter where the other cocktail was. Another 5-10 minutes passed before she came back with a receipt that we had only ordered one cocktail. I showed her our order on their smartphone ordering system, which clearly stated we had ordered 2 cocktails. She then took my phone and ordered the one we hadn't received again. We received it shortly after. So by the time we received the second cocktail, I had already drunk mine - super bad service. The food was excellent, but when I was about to pay for 2x all you can eat and our 2 cocktails, they entered 3 cocktails. They don't do that for me, so I was quick to say that we only ordered and drank 2 cocktails.

07/12/2025: We haven't been to Kasai (as a chain) for a few years after moving from Copenhagen. We used to have Kasai as our favorite when it comes to ad libitum. Unfortunately, this time we have to admit that the quality has dropped a lot. Both the salmon and tuna don't taste completely fresh. The service is fast, however, and from the time you send the order to the time the food is on the table, it's actually quite ok. But in addition to the fish having dropped drastically in quality, I have to admit that it is completely out of proportion to charge 50 kr for a liter of tap water with a quarter slice of lime in it. And it's not 50 kr for the table to get water ad libitum (like so many other places) but 50 kr per order of water. This, combined with the fact that we can unfortunately see that the quality of the fish has gone to the bottom, means that we simply won't set foot at Kasai again. Super shame because we were really happy with Kasai the first few years they were present in Copenhagen. But price and quality simply don't go together anymore.

06/04/2026: Wonderful experience. My friend and I were pleasantly surprised by the selection of food, and the service was top notch! Running sushi has really taken off lately.

10/02/2026: The sushi is quite okay and delicious 😄 Could be missing a few pieces with fish in them on the belt, but that's probably when there aren't that many people in the restaurant. They also have a good selection of hot little snacks. Simple sushi at a cheap price 😁 would definitely recommend

25/12/2025: We hadn't ordered from there before so you're a little worried about whether the baked pizza is worth anything but it was actually super good and they were friendly down in the shop 🙂 — I'd just like to say that 15kr for chili on your pizza or garlic for that matter + payment for slicing! That's just greedy.

02/10/2025: This place will make you very sick. Do not even consider going there. It’s one of the dirtiest takeaway places I’ve ever seen. Even the staff look like they’re lacking hygiene. The food is a gross confused mixture of Indian spices and frozen kebab meat. It’s just disgusting. I was throwing up and violently pooping for 24 hours after using this place. Never again.
