01/08/2026: Delivered incorrectly and too late

15/03/2026: First over 30 minutes of waiting. I had ordered 2 kebabs, both of which were slammed together closed, and both were not cooked correctly. The food is average. It seems there is no management, at least I was served by 3 very young girls who looked very stressed.

23/12/2025: We were at Christmas lunch on December 6th and I must admit I have never put my teeth into food that was as bad as yours, overcooked dishes, and rice pudding you could have eaten with a straw.. There is also time so it only takes a little under an hour then all the food is removed despite several people still being hungry.. a red, boring light that hung over us the whole time, all the food looked the same on the plate and people had several times difficulty seeing what they were stuffing into their mouths, old plastic glasses with scratches, chips in the glasses, as well as a really sad selection of beers and only crap as part of a bracelet for a whole 895,- that is unheard of and doormen who leaned up a fucking ball several times ... The bartenders were nice, that's why a star goes off for each of the 2 ... But never if I set foot there again

21/11/2025: If the sound of a typewriter fed with tinfoil and being kicked down a flight of stairs could be translated into a fairly quantifiable experience, it would probably be very apt for the experience of having a Christmas party at this place. An otherwise fair price of just over 400 kr per place setting for around 100 people sounds like a bargain that even the most hardy stingy-ass wouldn't be able to afford. However, the Christmas magic fades quickly as you, as a participant, are cheated out of 40 kr in the cloakroom before you've even entered a place you've already booked yourself... logic is also being sought in this regard. A sticky floor and a ceiling light that pleases moles easily describe the experience of sitting at the table - 57 minutes after the food is served, everyone still hasn't had anything to eat. This naturally creates additional sales at the bar, but here too there are flaws in the experience. The distribution of beer in jugs is kept to a minimum and again people are only able to get a serving (after a long time in a queue that makes the experience before the fence falls over at Roskilde Festival seem like child's food) after almost an hour... which naturally puts a damper on the mood once the first hour of the free bar has passed. The staff are nice, but I would estimate that the shift planning could use a little expansion due to the fact that an event is to be held. They run too fast, the sweet employees. A short summary will follow. I would rather smear my knees in pesto while riding a Long John through 10,000 suspended fluorescent tubes without safety glasses than I would go to Christmas dinner here again. I am waiting in anticipation to see if the glue on the dance floor prevents one from jitterbugging out into the late hours of the night. Mojn.

27/01/2026: I was really disappointed with the pizza I ordered today. The quality was far below what I expected—it was poorly prepared and didn't taste fresh at all. For the price, I definitely expected better. I won't be ordering from here again anytime soon.

22/08/2026: The chicken was heated in the microwave. None, almost only iceberg in the roll. Asked for jalepenos, they cost extra.

31/07/2026: Worst experience we've ever had. Do NOT book Barbussen. In our experience, this was one of the most unprofessional companies we have dealt with. We were charged more than expected at the end of our trip by mobilepay, and when we asked for invoice, documentation and an explanation, communication stopped. Despite repeated requests, we did not receive the documentation we were asking for. We have kept videos, emails, and other records relating to our case. In our communications, the company's director, Oliver Korthsen, (owner & director) acknowledged that there had been a mistake by the driver and a lack of professionalism. However, rather than resolving the matter directly, we were told to reach an agreement with the driver ourselves. Despite our repeated calls, emails, and messages, the driver, Sadije Rusiti (unprofessional driver) never responded. After more than four months, there is still no resolution, only generic replies and no accountability. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Barbussen.

10/05/2026: Really bad experience. After 2 months we are still waiting a refund of an unjustified extra charge of 1500dkk on the spot, requested via mobilepay by the driver for "special cleaning fees".... We'll never book with them again.

13/02/2026: Used to be cheap, got more expensive with even lesser portion and quality downgraded. The milkshake? Used to be colorful and with biscuit, gone now and now even full. Burger? Dried patties most of the time now. Fries? Lesser fries now and very soggy. The fried items not so good either. 🤷‍♂️

27/06/2026: Totally bad, did you know that they don't HAVE onions at all, because most people don't like onions so it's not possible to get onions in their durum or anything. On top of that, they don't really listen when you order, they seem dull and unfriendly, and the durum I got couldn't satisfy me, I'll never go there again. Spend your money somewhere else!

01/06/2026: Ordered 5 dishes, 2 of them are wrong, call and point it out, at first they won't exchange the food for what I ordered, when I insist they say they will call back which they don't, my wife calls and asks if they are bringing the food which they refuse, and then they hang up. If I could give them 0 stars they would have got it

21/11/2025: Really disappointing experience. We showed genuine IDs, traveled a long way to get here, and were still turned away for no real reason. The staff were dismissive and rude, and it felt like they barely bothered to check anything. After spending the whole day getting to this place, the way we were treated was honestly infuriating. Would not recommend.

16/11/2025: Very bad service. 150kr for entrance and there was hardly anyone in there on a Saturday night. On top of that it cost 40kr for cloakroom and a beer cost 60kr Don't go there!

03/11/2025: I actually don't think I've ever experienced such poor service at a McDonald's. Whether it's inside the store or if you order via an app. You meet staff who seem like they're ONLY there for the money, and not to provide a good experience and service for their customers. You always wait longer than you should, even when it's NOT busy. And when you order, there's always at least one item missing or replaced with something else. Just stay away from McDonald's Friheden!

25/09/2025: Waited about 30 minutes for a soda and a sugar doughnut. Went to the counter and asked where my order was. They asked what number and order contents I had. I told them and they started to prepare it a little later. I got my soda and a little later I got a completely frozen doughnut - was told I had to wait to eat it because it had been frozen. I asked for my money back, but instead got a chocolate cookie. Shortly before this came, a man came down and asked if it was right that he had to wait over 20 minutes for his food. A little later it happened to be ready for him. Stay away from here. This is not the first time I have experienced slow food delivery. No matter how busy they are, the wait is long - even if you only have to pick up fries (you can wait about 20 minutes for that, right?).

23/08/2026: Worst club I've ever been to. The people are unfriendly, the dance floor is tiny (you're practically dancing with your back against the wall because it's so packed). If you're willing to pay for a private lounge and spend a LOT of money, it might be fun. But if you just want to have fun on the dance floor, don't go. The music is awful (just house music with overly loud bass); my grandma could DJ better.

16/08/2026: There was a blond girl that worked there and did not let me in because of my skin color. She proceeded to call security and the litterly dragged me out. This club is full of piece of rasist all workers.

06/06/2026: Was there today, June 6, and they weren't open at all....

21/04/2026: The lady at the counter was very sweet, but the piece of cake that I bought there yesterday was the worst cake in my whole life. Sadly, it smelled like an old grandpa and tasted like a mothball, plainly impossible to eat. We also bought a linse, which seemed slightly better, but the taste of egg was overwhelming. Unfortunately, both pieces had to go to the trash bin since we could not force ourselves to eat them.

25/07/2026: Probably the worst pizza sandwiches we've ever had - really dry, boring and not least very small

19/06/2026: Close to being the worst pizza I've ever tasted. The base was dense, dry heavy, and not fluffy and light like it should be. The bacon was questionable at best. I ate 1 piece and had to throw the rest out.

29/07/2026: Go to a nearby supermarket and buy something there. It's really inedible.

27/07/2026: After visiting the park we decided to eat lunch before leaving. There was que outside all of the restaurants and we decided to eat Italian. The que here moved sooo slowly! And when getting closer to the counter we could see several empty tables, so the que was not because the place was full, but rather due to inefficient staff. Maybe combined with lack of staff, but inefficiency was a big contributor. We ordered food and drinks at the table and we did not wait for long until it was all served at our table. The food itself was a bit dull. The pasta Arrabiata was not spicy at all and didn’t have a lot of taste. I don’t expect Michelin star food, when eating at amusement parks and similar places, and with that in mind this beat my expectations. However 2 stars is all I can give due to the long waiting time.

21/11/2025: Eben the chrimps were well cooced, the soja sause was terribly salti and the Asian wok was not eateble. Did not receive refund or replacement.
