29/08/2026: Was very delicious! First it looked a bit empty inside but I’m very glad we went anyway. The burgers really surprised us and the staff/owners were really friendly. I had the Copenhagen burger, 100% recommend!

I took the liberty of deducting one star because the prices are very high, even by Danish standards, but very good food is still not haute cuisine. And in the end, for example, over €50 for a rather average bottle of Chianti is just... well, you have to be able to afford it at a campsite...

19/08/2026: There is a nice outdoor area. Indoors it is too sterile for me. The service was polite, but there was no follow-up to see if we needed anything. Unfortunately, there was no sugar for the coffee either. The cappuccino was a bit too bland for me - even though I ordered vanilla, it couldn't be tasted. Compared to the other cafes around, this place is probably the most expensive for a cup of coffee.

22/08/2026: Everything was absolutely fantastic. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was cozy. I had the burger and I have to say, it was one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. The fries were also perfectly seasoned and nice and crispy. The fish and chips were delicious too.
13/08/2026: Super cozy place. Nice attentive waiter who came down and asked if everything was okay.
Offered a spc beer that was not on the menu. Can recommend this place to everyone

16/08/2026: Absolutely sumptuous meal. Everything was delicious. Extremely professional and nice waiter at our table, who quickly understood our needs. Highly recommended for an evening that should be a little out of the ordinary.
We were there on a Friday during the summer holidays, and the place was unfortunately completely empty. Wish it had been packed

29/08/2026: One of the better pizza places. If you don't feel like pizza, you can choose a sandwich or "dish of the day" which has three different dishes with different contents, e.g. chicken, turkey, vegetarian or lasagna. You get a few slices of delicious bread with those dishes.
The prices are a bit on the high end, but it's worth it. It's often a good idea to call and order in advance, as the place is very popular.
The place is recommended.

20/08/2026: Hey everyone, we went out for pizza again today. We regularly travel to Italy, but let me tell you, you don't need to go that far for pizza! The pizza at Don Juan in Ballen on Samsø is just as good as any pizza in Italy!! No wonder, since all the pizza chefs are from Italy. Friendly service, cold drinks, and always a spot for dogs – it couldn't be better. We're already looking forward to our next visit in May 2027!!

25/06/2026: Great Turkish bread with shawarma. Super choice if filling and the bread gets filled exactly as you would like. Fresh fries with dip and a soda complete the meal. Eat in for 100 % fresh food, or pick up to enjoy at home. The web-order allows for customization as if you were there.
22/06/2026: Really good food, and the portions are really good for the price. The employees are incredibly nice, friendly and very service-minded. You always feel welcome.
I can highly recommend Doneros Shawarma to anyone who wants good food and good service.
