14/02/2025: I had a Bælum in my military service, I don't know if he could work with me, but he was nice and always created a good atmosphere.

19/04/2026: Used the premises for confirmation, bright and lovely good conditions.

08/03/2026: We held our son's christening at Café Langsiden, where we rented a room with food, drinks and staff – and it was a REALLY good experience! Everything was well planned, the staff was friendly and helpful, and they made sure that both we and our guests had a wonderful day. The food was delicious, there was plenty of both food and drinks, and the room was perfect for our event. It was also a great help that they took care of the cleanup afterwards, so we could just enjoy the day. We can highly recommend Café Solsiden to others who are having a party or event.

27/02/2026: Highly recommended! We had a double christening reception at Cafe Langsiden, everything just worked. Christina and her team made delicious sandwiches that guests compliment when they see them afterwards and drinks ad libitum. They also took care of the decoration and cleanup, so we just had to show up and enjoy the day with our guests ❤️

11/07/2025: Desværre er stedet blevet "inficeret" af en eller anden form for antipati for svinekød. Alt er kalkun eller kalv. Kalkun frikadeller, NEJ TAK. Kalkun bacon WTF !!! NEJ TAK !!. Oksekød er skiftet ud med kalvekød. Måske pga. ejerskifte ??

08/02/2025: Dinner Week, med 5 retter Hvor de 4 retter var lækre, men hovedretten skuffede. Kødet var smagsløst og havde konsistens af 2 timer for længe i sous vide, og den Hasselback var sten hård og tør. Kedeligt at der kun kan vælges flaskeøl, alm. og classic, hvor der i dag er et hav af godt øl. Om vi kommer igen, nej det tror jeg ikke

17/10/2024: Dining Week: Kom for at se bygningen og ikke spisestedet. Man kan helt klart godt mærke, at dette sted ikke er en restaurant -eller et sted, som ved, hvordan en restaurant opereres. Maden var simpelt selskabsmad som bliver serveret til barnedåb, konfirmation og kantine/catering lign. ordning. Maden kunne godt minde om en menu pose fra Føtex/Meny aftensmad pose for 2 -med dessert til. Betjeningen var ligeledes; unge mennesker, indkaldt blot for at sørge for at maden bliver servereret. De 700 kr for mad for 2 samt 400 kr for vin dvs. 1.100 kr. for 2 pers. ville jeg helst undgå at lægge her hvis jeg fik et valg -og bestille sushi take away i stedet. Akustikken var forfærdelig. Kold lokale/riddersalen. Spiste på Restaurant Mark inde i byen som har fået 5 stjerner for mad og betjening. Ærgerligt, når det ikke lykkes.

28/06/2026: Had food delivered for the company's summer party (again). Everything was delicious, fresh and beautifully presented. Good service, good communication about the menu etc.

19/12/2025: Picked up 3 dishes yesterday. They were all tasteless and thin as broth. Called them, as we live in Tappernøje. Message was that someone else had made it and she would send the money back on mobile pay when she had closed. The next day in the evening no money and called them. Want to talk to the owner, but it can't be done. We were now supposed to bring the food - which was thrown out - and it couldn't fit. So be careful, it's the last time we pick up there

29/07/2025: A red sausage with bread costs DKK 41.00, that's the most expensive I've ever paid, the next most expensive was DKK 37.00 in the hot dog stand on Kongens Nytorv, they probably don't sell many red sausages because it was completely overcooked and tasteless, the bread was lukewarm. Last time I went there.

02/06/2026: In the Danish port city of Esbjerg, a visit to the James Bond 007 nightclub is definitely worthwhile. It's an ideal meeting place for friends and acquaintances. Here you can truly relax after a stressful day at work. The staff are competent and cheerful. For James Bond fans, there's nothing better than popping into this club. As mentioned, the staff are friendly, approachable, and always in good spirits. The food is wonderfully prepared, tastes delicious, and looks beautifully presented. The ambiance makes you feel like you've stepped back in time. A visit comes highly recommended.
