16/10/2025: the service was really bad. He went out to smoke three times in an hour and the smoke would fly in. He didnt say hi to us and was overall really really cold and kept looking at us as though he was upset. I went to ask him about a charging outlet and he walked straight past me to go outside and smoke

27/12/2025: We had a reservation at PS Grill Bar at 7:00 PM. We were about 20 minutes late and called to inform them of this. However, our table had been given away when we arrived. It seemed extra unprofessional that we called afterwards and asked if there was space – and were told yes, even though we had just been told the opposite on site. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend others to visit PS Grill Bar after this experience.

The Main Event: The Wagyu Burger At 225 DKK, the stakes for their hyped Wagyu burger are as high as the price tag. On paper, it sounds like a triumph; in reality, it was a tale of two textures. While the patty itself was succulent and well-seasoned—honoring the Wagyu name—the vessel was its downfall. The brioche bun had been toasted beyond the point of caramelization into a brittle, charred state that mimicked the texture of knækbrød (rye crackers). In a city known for its world-class bakeries, a burnt bun is a cardinal sin. It was a good burger, certainly, but far from the "life-changing" experience the hype suggests. Service & Atmosphere Where PS Bar truly shines is in its efficiency. The staff are charming, attentive, and operate with a polished speed that is rare in high-traffic city spots. We were seated, served, and attended to without a moment’s lag. If you are looking for a swift meal in a vibrant setting, the service team delivers. The Dealbreaker However, the sophisticated veneer of the dining room does not extend to the facilities. The state of the restrooms was, quite frankly, inexcusable. For a mid-to-high-tier establishment, encountering neglected and "unclean" toilets is a jarring contrast that lingers longer than the taste of the meal. It is a fundamental lapse in hospitality that makes it impossible to award a higher rating. The Verdict: PS Bar & Grill offers a lively atmosphere and friendly faces, but until they master the toaster and a cleaning schedule, it remains a "once-is-enough" destination.

08/08/2025: A small cafe with the obvious aim of being petite and fancy but the staff is distanced with no eye contact. The atmosphere is quite cold. Signs on every table that computers cannot be used. The big advantage is the silence and quietness.

Empezamos con jamón ibérico y queso mancheco, que se acompañó de un pan increíble hecho de harina de Manitoba, con una mantequilla de cebolla que recordaba al patè. Nuestros platos principales fueron el risotto con guisantes y espárragos y mucho queso parmigiano reggiano, y el linguini con langosta en una rica bisquetilla de langosta. Grandes trozos de langosta. 25/10/2025: What an extraordinary experience! Rarely have we been greeted with such coldness, arrogance, and indifference as by the reservations manager of the Tivoli Hotel Brasserie in Copenhagen. Upon our arrival, this lady — blonde, short-haired, who introduced herself as the person in charge of both the website and reservations — asked curtly “What do you want?” We simply said we would like to have a table for three for dinner that evening. Her reply, in a tone bordering on disbelief: “For tonight? For dinner?” When we confirmed, she immediately said that everything was fully booked, without a smile, without checking, and without the slightest attempt to find a solution. We explained that the online booking system merely stated that “reservations are not available for today”, which in many establishments simply means same-day reservations are not possible online. But no — for her, it was crystal clear: if you can’t book online, it means the restaurant is full. End of discussion. No sign at the entrance indicating the restaurant was full, no clear message on the website, and not even a polite “I’m sorry, let me check if there’s a table available.” Instead, we were made to wait five minutes for nothing, only to be dismissed again with the same cold attitude. What is most disappointing is not just the poor communication or lack of organization, but the arrogance and utter lack of hospitality shown by someone who represents the face of such a renowned hotel. No friendliness, no empathy, no alternative offered — nothing. This experience completely destroyed our desire to dine there and left a negative impression of the entire Tivoli Hotel. What a shame that such a beautiful establishment allows its image to be damaged by someone so dismissive of basic customer courtesy. A sincere word to management: a smile costs nothing, but its absence can cost a great deal to your reputation.

20/09/2025: If I could give 0 stars I would have. Their cheddar nuggets were simply such a bland experience that you couldn't eat them because the chicken pieces had so much cheddar powder on them. Their burgers? unappetizing because the whole taste experience itself was just too much. The service was relatively good, even though they were very busy.

02/01/2026: Rajissimo is a dessert specialty shop where you can enjoy mainly churros and ice cream. The churros are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with the fragrant aroma that comes from being freshly fried, and while simple, they're incredibly satisfying. You can also enjoy combinations with chocolate sauce and sugar, and since they're not too sweet, you won't get bored of eating them until the very end. The churros and cinnamon go together perfectly. They're just the right size for a break between sightseeing or as an after-meal dessert. The bright, casual atmosphere makes them a great place to drop in. I highly recommend this place to anyone with a sweet tooth. Thank you for the meal.

31/12/2025: After ordering,there was no white chocolate left and i said pink chokolate is ok. I got brown chokolate. The ice cream has lost the nice flavour it had. But still good. All the wooden furniture are broken. We fell of the chair. The table was full of chocolate. So not so nice experience. Please fix the place.

11/07/2025: Some classic Danish pastry products, which I love like linser and kartoffelkage, but I bought a Christianshavner bread today and it was insanely salty. Also remember this is not a bakery, but a shop that sells baked goods, which have been baked off site. This chain is very well known also internationally, but there are better bakeries in the neighbourhood. Andersen bakes onsite, Hart doesn't but both have much better products only a little more expensive - and the price quality balance is much better than with Lagkagehuset.
