10/05/2026: One of the best places in Tivoli is to have a cold beer or something else to drink while enjoying life here and watching the happy life around you, the only downside is that there can be a very long queue and the seats are taken.

08/11/2025: Lovely relaxed atmosphere with fabulous food. We had a three course meal and enjoyed every bite. Afterwards we enjoyed a lovely live jazz concert on site.

30/08/2026: We waited 30 minutes for a cocktail. Not because the bar was packed, but because our "server" apparently had more important things to do: diligently exchanging numbers with guests. Perhaps Tinder would have been a more suitable career choice. If you enjoy waiting half an evening for a drink while watching your server build their private life, this is the place for you. We simply wanted cocktails. Apparently, that's a bit of an unrealistic expectation for a cocktail bar. Cocktails are roughly equivalent to three sips.

30/06/2025: Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at Watami in Valby, which I feel the need to share so that others know what they are getting into. The food was generally tasteless, and the sushi was poorly made – the rolls fell apart, and it seemed sloppy and unprofessional. Everything was served at once, which meant that the food quickly became cold and dry. The toilet conditions were downright disgusting. There was no light, no napkins, and the cleaning tools were openly displayed in a messy corridor by the toilets. A clever way to hide the standard of cleaning. It did not seem hygienic or well thought out. The tables in the restaurant were greasy and full of fingerprints. When I asked for the table to be cleaned, it was quickly wiped with a very wet dishcloth – without any kind of soap or disinfectant. You really wonder if the staff is even trained in basic food safety and hygiene – because the whole experience was absolutely not characterized by that. Finally, it was time for dessert. The table was not cleared of empty plates and leftovers. Everything was left behind. When we got the dessert (a so-called crème brûlée), it was neither crispy on top nor creamy. All in all, a really disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Watami Valby to anyone – neither because of the quality of the food, the hygiene nor the service.

31/08/2025: Food was good. Many sushi options. But we had to wait 30 mins in between our orders. we tried ad libitum option which gives you 2 hours of unlimited sushi but we waited 30 mins with no food after our 2nd order. i suggest you order a a big menu twice so even if they are busy thing like this wont happen.

19/09/2025: Had a mixed experience here at TRIO. The location is excellent with a full view out over the central Copenhagen facing west so make sure to book table and watch the sun set. The dinner was ok, but there were some minor flaws. Like we had to ask the waiters to slow down the serving at one point. Some dishes was truly excellent but some were a bit below expectations compared to what we eventually paid. Not a cheap dinner. But worth a visit. And you can visit the bar without a dinner and still enjoy the vie from then 9th flor.

14/07/2026: Cozy running sushi 🍣 with many different kinds of sushi, baked dishes, chicken, duck, sausages and peas, cherries, strawberries, pineapple, melon, ice cream .... Very nice on small plates. There was also tabf, ginger and wasabi. There was definitely no shortage of tasty food 😋 Super nice staff when we asked for more creme br^ulee, there was also marshmallows..... Definitely worth a visit again, and our grandson and his girlfriend have praised it very much .... 1000 thanks for a wonderful evening ❤️

08/07/2026: Ordering at Ya Ya Sushi via Too Good To Go. ​This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. I ordered a "surprise box" (sushi and Chinese food) for pickup through the Too Good To Go app. ​My impressions: ​Portion size: In my opinion, the amount of food is enough for two people. ​Service: The staff was friendly and welcoming. ​Atmosphere: I picked up my order between 2:30 PM and 2:45 PM. There were no customers in the dining area at that time, so the pickup was quick and without any lines. ​A good first experience—everything was efficient and polite.

03/08/2026: The meat doner kebab was very tasty and delicious, I liked it.

22/07/2026: Laden experience After a long day, I chose to have a lamb kebab. In a moment of fatigue, I forgot to tell him that I can't stand red onions. I apologized for the mistake and asked for a new one, while making it clear that I would of course pay, since it was ultimately my own fault. The employee in front of me had good ethics. I don't need to understand Turkish to know that he whispered: "Don't let him pay." The other employee, who had apparently forgotten what sevap means, chose to demand 75 kr. for a new one. The next customer was served surprisingly quickly. You can almost wonder if my kebab was resold. My conclusion is that the experience testified to unethical behavior and poor morals - something I have fortunately never experienced on Istedgade or Amager.

08/07/2026: Absolutely amazing. The Food was one of the best curry's I've ever eaten Soo far and since I didn't know what exactly I wanted the owner made me something special. It was super tasty. The owner and staff are both very nice at least the two I meet and even tho not being completely fluent in English still very nice and polite.

18/06/2026: Ordered a calzone. The ham inside was the square pressed cutlet from the refrigerated counter at the nearest discount supermarket. Overall, it all looked very grey.

28/05/2026: It's rare to find a gas station so uncompromisingly committed to the concept of culinary time travel. While searching for a late-night novelty drink, I had the remarkable experience of purchasing a product that had passed its best-before date several months ago with admirable nonchalance. What was particularly impressive was the consistency with which this establishment defends its quality philosophy. Instead of being bothered by banal concepts like "food safety" or "customer service," the employee reacted with a mixture of indifference, dismissiveness, and professional rudeness that almost deserves praise. At no point did I get the feeling that energy was being wasted unnecessarily on problem-solving. Even more reassuring, however, was the realization that the other expired products were, of course, allowed to remain on the shelf. Continuity is clearly paramount here. Why change a system that works? In a time when companies constantly talk about innovation, it's almost refreshing to experience a place that stubbornly clings to the food standards of an abandoned highway kiosk from the early 2000s. So, if you've ever wanted to play Russian roulette with food while simultaneously experiencing the emotional warmth of a parking meter, this is the place for you. My regards.

27/05/2026: I bought an item here on May 27, 2026, which turned out to have expired 5 months ago. When I returned to the store an hour later to point out the problem, I unfortunately experienced no understanding or willingness to solve it. The most critical thing was that the remaining expired items were simply left on the shelf and continued to be sold to other customers. Very disappointing service and lack of focus on food safety. Not recommended.

07/08/2026: We walked in with no expectations and were completely blown away! The coffee, cakes, and sandwiches are top-tier. Their breads are incredible, and the place looks amazing.

06/08/2026: The cakes and bread taste pretty good - but are also expensive. Now they have also invested in a huge AI generated menu card, with a lot of things on it that you can't order!
