14/09/2025: Waited forever for water and for our drink order to be taken. Waiters seemed very clumsy and to be fighting with each other.
20/08/2025: As an Italian tourist, I preferred other places to eat.
The food isn't bad, but the price is definitely inflated, especially considering the location on one of the city's docks.
The view while eating is very picturesque, helping you enjoy what is, all things considered, a good meal.
The price is really high for the food and the service/welcome was cold.
In short: average, nothing to be missed 🙂↕️

04/01/2026: The food was good, but the service is very lacking in this Vivaldi. It is difficult to find a waiter who speaks Danish and they do not know what they are serving. We have ordered different sodas and they did not know what is what. The same applies to the food where several of the dishes were mixed up. The best service was definitely the option to order yourself. 1 out of 2 orders with this service was not received in the kitchen at all so we had to wait extra long so this itself did not work.
28/12/2025: Absolutely unacceptable: you have to pay when you order! Mind you, we were sitting inside. Two minutes later, the waiter comes and demands proof that the bank had debited the money. Of course, the payment had already been made. That kind of service completely kills your appetite. Never again!

29/03/2025: Order a grilled sandwich with cheese and grilled peppers.
- is pleasantly surprised, as there is obviously a salad on the plate.
However, there was a lot of onion in it. - but I don't eat.
So couldn't eat it.
It would have been nice to inform about that salad so that you could vote.
And the sandwich really wasn't worth DKK 79. Practice..

14/12/2025: Highly overrated. Normal food highly overpriced. Very bad service, very slow and forgetful. I don’t recommend unless you have spare money to spend just for the location.
11/12/2025: Modern day tourist trap. Visually beautiful food and location for social media but overpriced and awful service.

23/05/2026: The carpeting in the rooms is a serious hygiene and odor problem; hopefully, it will be replaced soon so the rooms will be more hygienic. Breakfast and location were excellent, and the staff were very kind.
17/05/2026: Our room (423) was meant to be a Double Deluxe but it looked nothing like any of the photographs shown on the hotel website. We arrived late on a Sunday night so I questioned the room the following morning. The man on reception accused me of being aggressive when I said I'd hate to see a standard room if #423 was a double deluxe.

The bad reviews apparently come from an unfortunate incident where an event was cancelled due to new owners :^(?
04/02/2026: Super cozy place; perfect for settling down with your laptop to do some work. Good coffee, nice small selection of pastries, and really good atmosphere!

24/11/2025: The location and atmosphere are very charming. They have aesthetically pleasing and appealing baked goods on display, but I didn't try them; I only came for the coffee. I ordered a cappuccino, and it was the worst coffee I've had in the city. It was more like coffee mixed with milk. The baked goods are worth trying.
