22/07/2026: Can't recommend this place at all sorry. I ordered some take away and the man who was cooking the food started talking to me in Turkish. He didn't know I didn't know the language not a place I can recommend they talk to the customers in a bad way and the food was 1 out of 10

25/05/2026: WARNING Very unsatisfactory experience. I bought a durum for 77 kr. with chicken and feta. There was definitely no pampering. The bread had hardly been baked, there was hardly anything else in it but chicken and iceberg lettuce, and then a completely excessive amount of dressing in it. A wet and shabby experience, will never have from there again!

16/08/2026: The service was exceptional, and the oat latte was outstanding. The vegan blue cheesecake, accompanied by vegan whipped cream, was particularly delightful.q

10/08/2026: The toilet is full of flies. I complained about this 3 weeks ago, but there are still flies now. Dirty place. The toilet is damp and disgusting! As if people have taken shit off the walls!

23/08/2026: Super cozy place. Friendly staff and good service. We will come here again and bowl. We were supposed to eat later on top. It was not a good experience. No child-friendly food. Sparse buffet. We will not eat there again.

08/08/2026: As a self proclaimed bowling enthusiast, this place is buns. The pins are held and reset by wires which affects how they fly. Either the balls or the lanes are too grippy and makes the ball super sensitive to any spin. The couches at the lanes are nasty too. Don’t come here to bowl unless you dgaf about bowling.

15/08/2026: Coffee was not really good and the toilet is out of order. Couldn't even look at the mirror Hope both will improve, gl The place itself looks nice Update. Visited one more time, WC worked, and the coffee was way better than the previous time. Changing my review but have to say that the toilet looked disappointing — no paper towels, toilet paper was wet and unstocked

03/09/2026: The food and coffee were phenomenal – beautifully presented and made from fresh ingredients. The service was top notch with perfect timing, and the fantastic staff greeted us with an infectious warmth, presence and high professionalism. A sublime visit that gets my warmest recommendation!

30/08/2026: A typical tourist trap – everything's expensive, drinks and food are okay. Overall, not very cozy. Better to walk a few streets further.

12/08/2026: Had pizza here today with my son. He can never choose between Margherita and pepperoni, so we always order half/half. Happy son, happy dad. Pepperoni: 110 kr. Margherita: 90 kr. How much does half of each cost? 100 kr.? Maybe just 110 kr.? Nope… 120 kr. :D They charge 10 kr. for “extra toppings”. So I paid extra to get half as much pepperoni. It’s still creative overhead. The pizza guy explained: “These are the rules. The owners decide.” Fair enough. It’s 10 kr. – completely irrelevant in the big picture. But it’s not about 10 kr. It’s about service and good manners. And for 120 kr., the pizza must at least be good? No. Drowned in oil, far too much cheese and dough that had barely been in an oven. Quite honestly one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. A frozen pizza would have been a definite upgrade. My son left crying, the toilet was disgusting, and I left 120 kr. poorer and an important life experience richer: Next time it'll be frozen pizza. As my running club very rightly noted later in the evening: It's impressive how many customers you can potentially lose over 10 kr. I certainly won't be coming back. Not even in a 10-horse brander with an urgent need for pizza. Then it's 7-Eleven - at least their pizza slice tastes like something.

07/04/2026: Very rude salesperson who served guests in no order, but in his personal preferred order. We waited just in front of the checkout accounted, but the salesperson served guests who came later than us. Those guests were also like blind. They of course knew we were in front of them. Finally there was an insect in the glass exhibits of chocolate.

31/07/2026: Very good bagel and selection of smoothies 😋. We ordered a chicken bagel ( delicious), strawberry smoothie and a tasty coffee. The staff were very friendly and the service was efficient. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The bagel shop also has lots of copenhagen souvenirs Overall very ice bagel restaurant and good customer service Thank you

24/08/2026: Excellent food and service! Very helpful waitress. Really appreciated all of the food being halal at a reasonable price too!

16/08/2026: Really disappointed with this Italian. Order was wrong, plus a missing item (which I was really looking forward to) and taste of the pizza and pasta we had was mediocre at best. Used uber eats, as had the kids with me so to top it off the food arrived cold. Won’t be use again.

04/09/2026: Coffee is horrible but the tuna sandwichbolle is really good. I don't find this place a cozy place.

01/09/2026: I made the mistake of buying a ciabatta with Italian ham and cheese here. I haven't had anything so greasy and unappetizing in a long time. There were no rolls with butter and toppings available. What a shame! I've usually had good experiences with Emmerys in Copenhagen.

14/04/2026: First of all, the store was completely empty. Huge red flag we give it a chance and order anyway their chicken wings tasted/smelled of old frozen chicken that was thawed incorrectly and thrown in a fryer. Add to that the 2nd time food poisoning is what we got out of that visit.

01/10/2025: A wonderful cafe and shop staffed by young and incredibly friendly people. Greetings to the friendly waitress, whom we invited for coffee in Germany. Delicious pastries and coffee. You can sit inside or on the street. A fantastic place. We'll be back soon. See you soon. 🙋‍♀️🙋

20/08/2025: A lovely little courtyard that keeps out the traffic noise. The barista was friendly, quick, and knowledgeable.
