31/05/2024: a hype bar to stop for a while and enjoy the Danish sun under a delicious Caperitif

20/05/2024: I visited here with my boyfriend. It was in the middle of the week so there only was one other customer. However, the waiter was so busy with her, that he ignored us totally. We arrived to the small café room, stood awkwardly next to the waiter, and he didn’t ’ even bother say ‘hi’ for us. After long time waiting we went outside to enjoy the view and wait that the waiter would finish his conversation and we could order drinks. After waiting outside fair amount of time I went back inside to ask if it’s even possible to order drinks here? The waiter was still just intensively talking with the customer. In the end we got our drinks but the same ignorance happened when we wanted to pay, we stood next to the waiter, waiting to get any contact with him in order to pay. On top of that we were charged incorrectly, he charged us the drinks + entrance ticket even though we had paid the entrance in advance. I don’t recommend this place for anyone!

13/10/2025: Best Burger in Valby hands down, the meat is always a 10/10, arguably among the best in CPH ever, they also offer the smash version and everything is 🔥 The man on fire is the best in store for sure 💯

16/08/2024: A great place for a delicious lunch, my colleagues and I from Alesia Furman salon always go to this restaurant, since it’s nearby and the service is excellent!❤️‍🔥💯

29/05/2024: There are 4 large pieces of glass in my spaghetti dish. I break glass in my mouth with my teeth. I call the restaurant to have him remove his aluminum trays or find the cause. The owner gets angry and denies that there could be broken glass in the food.

26/05/2024: The absolute most horrible takeaway I have tasted in a long time. The food was tasteless. It was like sticking your tongue out the window. The pasta was overcooked and soggy. We ordered three different pasta dishes and you couldn't taste the difference between them. I had ordered a pasta dish with prawns and pesto. There was none of it, instead I got a pasta that wasn't even on the menu. The place was dirty and unsanitary to look at.

19/05/2025: Mala experiencia con la camarera nepalesa llamada Koma. Fui al restaurante a cenar y he estado esperando mi pedido en la mesa cerca del mostrador durante un tiempo. Durante la espera de comida, ella me mira y pone la cara. Este comportamiento es raro e inaceptable. No la conozco en persona antes. Pero las cosas extremadamente groseras e inaceptables es cuando otro cliente fue al mostrador a pagar una factura. Trajo el escáner de tarjetas y lo puso en la mesa donde me senté. Estoy comiendo. Yo y otro tipo nos miramos torpemente. No tiene sentido; Él ya está en el mostrador, pero ella lo hace caminar a mi mesa y poner ese escáner en la mesa dos veces. La miro, pero me pone una cara molesta. (Otra vez) Nunca espero este comportamiento del personal de un conocido restaurante como Blue Elepant. Decepcionado con este personal y servicio. Esta es una muy mala experiencia. Por favor, capacite a un empleado para cumplir con el estándar de servicio. No esperar ir más allá de las expectativas del cliente, pero al menos hasta un estándar básico. Primera y última vez con esta sucursal en Radisson Blue Copenhagen.

02/04/2025: Elegimos el restaurante para la cena cuando nos alojamos en el hotel. Pedimos el «Menú del banquete real tailandés». El suop «Tom Yam Koong» era muy picante, pero el resto de la comida era muy buena. Recomiendo el menú, pero elegir la otra sopa alternativ.
