12/01/2026: Early Bird visit on a Sunday evening at 7pm. We were welcomed right from the entrance. Beautiful premises on the edge of Nyhavn. The restaurant was 2/3 full, but it seemed very intimate, and quiet. The waiters were professional with a twinkle in their eyes. We were free to choose a starter, main course and dessert from the entire menu, and ended up with Fish/seafood soup and Polpo as starters, Lamb crown and Turbot as main courses and Tiramisu and Panna cotta as desserts. Everything was well prepared and perfect to taste. Beautifully presented. To start the meal we were given a delicious glass of Prosecco, then a bottle of Pinot Nero Riserva nicely sold by the waiter. We finished with espresso. Delicious meal and lovely hospitality on an icy January Sunday.

23/07/2025: The ambiance is very pleasant with soft inviting lighting and music. The dishes had wonderful flavor, especially the tartar, spätzle, and the cannelloni. It was delicious. I will say that even the "larger" dishes recommended for a main, at 245/265 kr each, were way too small, it felt disappointing in size, and was the same size as the "appetizers." The fish looked like a tiny business card size serving, very small. The strawberry tarte tatin to finish the meal was excellent, and much larger than said fish en croute. 🤷🏼‍♀️

22/07/2025: I came to Frank with high expectations, but it didn’t quite deliver. Some dishes were genuinely good, especially the pork and the Gillardeau oyster. However, others missed the mark. The fried oyster was boring, and the side salad was far too salty. The restaurant promotes itself as Asian fusion inspired, but as someone Asian, I didn’t find anything particularly new or exciting. Many reviews mention bold and unique flavors, but I have to disagree. Overall, a 3-star experience for me. On top of that, the service felt cold. The staff member who looked after our table wasn’t friendly and made us feel a bit left out, which added to the overall disappointment. A 3-star experience for me.

24/05/2026: The best resturant that serves desi food for Pakistan, India, Nepal and Bangladesh. The food is very tasty. I eat everyday there when i was in copenhagen. Must visit the owner and the services very good they are very humble and nice people.

23/11/2025: A fairly small but cozy place. We had dinner overlooking the street, which gave us a view of the local life that I really enjoyed. The ramen was very good, the broths were a little spicy (very mild), but we liked it that way.

02/01/2026: I tried the Nemo burger, it was delicious!! The bun was amazing and the meat was cooked perfectly, juicy and flavorful. I would give it 5 stars if it came with fries; my plate looked a little empty 😅

25/11/2025: A really good experience, great service, the food is well prepared and beautifully presented. The wine that was recommended was right in the cupboard (Rose - because we had both a fish starter and a main course with pork cheeks).

05/06/2026: Looking forward to some Spanish tapas, we were quite disappointed. The potato omelet on the menu was listed with chorizo; we asked for it without, and they told us it couldn't be done... they didn't have the traditional Spanish omelet. They made a mistake when taking our order for prawns. First, we wanted them in batter, then we said garlic prawns. They brought them out in batter and then told us no, we had ordered tempura prawns. No problem, we ate the tempura prawns and ordered more garlic prawns. The dishes come out very quickly, too quickly, I think; you don't have time to savor them. We paid, and when we were at the door, they told us they hadn't charged us for the four beers; we had only ordered three. Then we realized they had charged us for two bottles of water when they only brought us one (approximately €6). And knowing it was tap water—if you live there, you see people filling their water bottles at the fountains in Copenhagen. Expensive.

20/05/2026: Good restaurant and friendly service but expensive and small portions.

16/10/2025: Gaia team takes cocktail making to the new experimentation levels. All cocktails tend to have a presentation twist - either they arrive in a glass pipe or in a collectible race car model (!) or are presented out of a chinese noodle box - you'll have the wow and aha! moment. And of course, it all tastes great. You have a lot of options for cocktails in the city, but Gaia might just be the most creative spot. Definite recommendation.

13/06/2026: Despite a slightly cold welcome from the patron the service and food was excellent. We ate herring, asparagus, and marvellous hake. A local amaro was interesting. A half litre of house style wine was €30 which I detracted from the overall experience. Expensive at €168 for two but nevertheless an enjoyable experience.
