20/08/2026: Ordered a cardamom roll, which was underbaked and filled with way too many cardamom pieces inside, making it inedible. I pointed this out to the staff and it was taken back without being offered an alternative. When I asked if she would offer me something else, she just shrugged her shoulders and said “no”. I have been to Alice many times, both for the coffee, the coziness and the ice cream, but I don’t think it will be relevant anymore with this lack of service.

12/08/2026: During my trip to Copenhagen, I visited Alice, and it was without a doubt the best bakery I tried in the city. Copenhagen has many famous bakeries, but Alice was the one that impressed me the most. The first thing I noticed was the atmosphere. The place is small, cozy, and has a very relaxed feeling. It is a perfect spot to have breakfast or simply enjoy a coffee and something sweet. Everything looked fresh and homemade, which made it difficult to choose what to order. The highlight for me was the cardamom bun. It was soft, fresh, and full of flavor without being too sweet. I also really enjoyed the coffee, which went perfectly with the pastry. The quality of the ingredients was noticeable, and everything felt carefully prepared. The staff were friendly, and even though the place can get quite busy, the experience was still enjoyable. The prices are not particularly cheap, but I think the quality makes them completely worth it. Overall, Alice was my favorite bakery in Copenhagen. I would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone visiting the city, especially if they want to try an amazing cardamom bun.

19/08/2026: Sushi was included in the price, it was only made to order, it was super fresh and tastes fantastic. Good service. It's not the last time we come.

28/07/2026: Small cozy place with pretty good food but it's so-so with the buffet and the amount of hot dishes but again fantastic service from the busy waiters

29/05/2026: The pizza and sandwiches were delicious. The only downside was that there was nowhere to sit, so you had to eat standing up, but in terms of taste, we really liked them compared to other countries.

12/09/2026: The food was good, but served cold, and the service was very frustrating. We asked to split the bill between the two of us, and were told they simply “don’t split the bill.” Seriously? Then one person had to pay the whole bill. I honestly find this ridiculous. I don’t understand how a restaurant can’t split a bill between two people. It’s such a simple thing, and it made the whole experience unnecessarily frustrating. I definitely won’t be coming back.

03/09/2026: Really delicious food! I think most of the staff were really nice, but there was one who you could tell was a little angry. Also a nice place, nicely decorated, however the acoustics were not good.

21/08/2026: Nice cozy Danish. Thought we ordered sandwiches (composed) but you had to "build" your own. May have been because there were hot side dishes. Big minus: No prices on the menu and it was EXPENSIVE! We had to pay 60 Danish kroner PLUS VAT for water with the wine!!!

21/08/2026: Really good classic Danish food and a nice buffet. The sandwiches were freshly made and the staff ensured a pleasant experience.

23/08/2026: We stopped here at this museum cafeteria to grab a bite to eat after visiting the Palmehuset and Butterfly Garden. The modest vegetarian selection (one salad and one sandwich totaling 144DKK including Momssats, or VAT) was very tasty and filling. We highly recommend this as a refreshing rest stop before proceeding to the next tourist attraction.

24/06/2026: **World-class authentic classic Danish open sandwiches** Slotskælderen at Gitte Kik is simply the best place in Copenhagen if you want to experience traditional Danish open sandwiches at their absolute highest level. An institution since 1910 – and you can see why. The service was top notch – attentive, warm and professional from the first second. The kind of service that is rare and makes the whole experience unforgettable. The open sandwiches are craftsmanship in the best sense of the word. The herring with its sour counterpoint, the paper-thin roast beef with soft onions and horseradish, the butter-fried plaice fillet – all served on solid homemade rye bread. Every single slice is prepared with pride and respect for the old recipes. And then the place itself is something in itself – historic vaulted cellar rooms from 1797, a stone's throw from Christiansborg, where there is the sum of genuine Copenhagen coziness and atmosphere. Book a table well in advance – there's good reason for that. Highly recommended! 🇩🇰

07/06/2026: The first time we order pizza it is forgotten in the oven, so we have to wait for a new one. It can happen. The second time we order for pickup on Wolt, when we come to pick it up he says that the delivery man has been to pick up the pizzas - but we have ordered pickup. He says they are in front of our front door, they did not. So we never got our pizzas. Last time we order from here

19/08/2026: Truly nice but somewhat hidden gem of a Scandinavian restaurant. Very high food quality and presentation. Staff is very professional, attentive and friendly. Not cheap but priced as expected given the location, the interior design and quality.

11/08/2026: An absolutely fantastic experience at Restaurant NOI! The service was super professional, welcoming and attentive without being intrusive. The food was truly delicious and perfectly prepared, and the beautiful locations created an elegant, calm and pleasant atmosphere. Everything was clean, neat and complete, and the quiet environment made it possible to really enjoy both the food and the company. All in all, the best restaurant experience I have had in 10 years. Highly recommended!

03/09/2026: delightful service and food!! I ordered a luxury salad and the portion was HUGE! Amazing ingredients and well balanced 👏 My boyfriend ordered a pizza and it was lovely as well - very good texture.

30/08/2026: Had to throw one pizza out it was downright inedible, the beef had a strange bee taste. More bread than pizza. The dough tasted burnt and was chewy.
