13/05/2026: Terrible place. My order was 40 minutes late from the expected time and the fries are really bad are very mediocre. Save your money and don't order from them

01/02/2026: I ordered two pizzas at 17:52, due to many orders they write that it will arrive within 50-60 minutes. All good. They update it to 19:04 at the latest. At 19:16 I call and ask about my order and I am told that it is on its way and will arrive soon. At 19:38 I call again and they inform me that the order has not been made yet but will be with me within half an hour. I call again at 20:15 and here they threaten me that they will not deliver if I continue to complain. At the time of writing I still have not received my order. Therefore I CANNOT recommend the burger bob to others.

29/05/2026: On Wednesday the 27th, me and some friends were in here at closing time where we were asked to leave the bar at very short notice, where I then walk around looking for my jacket since the cloakroom had closed at the time we were in there. Then I asked if I could try looking around to look for it where no chances are given and I get kicked out by the bartender in the picture. On the way out of the bar he chooses to completely ignore my situation without answering. I stand and wait patiently for more than 20 minutes, but instead of some of those in the picture cleaning up or looking at me, they sit and laugh and drink drinks with each other.

29/05/2026: Terrible place I didn't come here. The staff suddenly decided to just throw everyone at the bar out without their things and close. Every time I've been there I've experienced rude guards and bartenders and they treat people very unfairly.

04/01/2026: We have ordered from them three times. I still have to wait for the food to arrive on time. My daughter ordered last time, here they had overlooked the order (from Wolt), so the husband came about 1.5 hours late and she had to call for it. Too bad the food is ok. Update, I sent them an email with documentation of the purchase almost a week ago. I still haven't heard from them. Nonsense. 👎

05/12/2025: Had ordered two pizzas and crispy chicken menu. When the food arrives my soda is missing from the menu. I am then told it is a mistake in the menu, as it is old - but should call the restaurant. Again, I am told it is an old menu, but I can get it - they are busy though and it will take some time (still not received here 45min later). Bad service. Also the fries were cold. This is the last time we will order from them. The service has completely disappeared.

29/05/2026: Ching and Kurt were just going to use the toilet, but suddenly a friendly dad with good fish brains came along.

07/03/2026: So sad that there is such poor order management. Ordered for pickup. Waited 45 minutes for my order to be ready - so 45 from when it should have been ready I was standing in the store waiting. If only it had been an unlucky night, but no, unfortunately it is not the first time. Unfortunately I will not be buying sushi there again, a huge shame. Because it was actually good once.

15/12/2025: I experienced extremely unprofessional behavior from your “guard” and partly the staff in the cloakroom on Friday, December 5th, around midnight - at a time when it was by no means busy. Shortly after our arrival, we decided to move on. When I got my coat from the cloakroom, I could both feel and smell that it had been dragged around in beer upon delivery. This was reported to the “guard”, who in a derogatory, arrogant and unprofessional manner asked me to shut up and simply demanded that the staff take my name and mobile number, with the message that I would be contacted on Monday, December 8th, so that arrangements could be made for the coat to be cleaned. However, I have - not surprisingly - not yet heard from anyone as of today (December 15th). I look forward to hearing from you!

22/11/2025: Worst ramen I ever ate without getting diarrhoea. Was it really that bad? Yes: You can trust my judgment - I’m familiar with British cuisine, for example. The bowl rises like an abstract canvas, steam curling in soft strokes of umami and ambition. Its aroma drifts out, equal parts toasted seaweed and a faint whisper of regret. Never. Again. Not even for money.

02/09/2025: Well, I can't taste anything sour or anything else 😅 everything went really quickly even though others were ordering too 👌 I was completely happy, ate three bao buns and the ramen soup, very tasty 🤤

31/05/2026: Ordered a durum at the spot, it took 30 minutes to deliver the durum, no other people in the shop, didnt look like they were busy at all... when i got it, all the kebab were cold, i ended up throwing it out.

26/03/2026: I ordered a kebab pizza, but the dough didn't seem to be baked properly. The base was completely soft, and so were the crusts. The kebab tasted very strange, and I'm worried that it might have been too old. The quality of the ingredients was generally very poor. All in all, it was a really bad experience that I can't recommend to anyone.

31/10/2025: 0 stars for their very crappy , bitter, watery coffee which costs DKK 50, same price with a barista coffee place in town.

19/03/2026: Very good food but equally bad service!! It says you are open everywhere online and accept our order online but the next day nothing comes?? Because you are probably closed as it apparently says on your door in front of the store but not anywhere else! And then you don't announce yourself on various social media that you also have! Really poor service!

29/11/2025: Stay away from here, things are not under control when it comes to bookings in advance by friends under 25!! We were a group of 10 girls who had booked a table and some bottles, and since we had one person under 25 we had called some time before the day itself to make this known, and it was no problem they said. On the day itself we are met by a guard who explains that it is not written in some places that we have someone under 25.. He continues to welcome all other guests and give out stamps, and seems to be completely indifferent to our reservation. In the end the whole party has to leave the place, as they were not at all talkative, and because of course we are not leaving our friend behind. It ruined the whole evening that they have no control over things. In addition, it stinks of vomit and the music is bad.

27/09/2025: Probably not a place for me. The food was terrible. The wait to order was 20 minutes. And the food didn't taste good. No cheese in the burger, but there was burger dressing for the little bit of onion in the burger. Unpleasant combination.

13/09/2025: Went on a lunch break and only ordered a cheese burger. Went to føtex and came back and it was still not ready, so I told the guy behind the counter I would be back again. Went to matas, came back, and it was still not ready. I mentioned my lunch break was over in 5 minutes, and they started on the burger. Was standing there looking out the window when I hear the guy say "Here!, Here!" really rude, then I smile and say "tak for det", then "thank you" and all he did was scowl at me. I said thank you in two languages and the dude couldn't even fake a smile. Then I open the burger and it's the thinnest and most over cooked patty I've ever seen, with burnt bacon on top. Bad food and bad service. Avoid!

13/03/2026: Delivery took longer than expected. The food tasted good but seems to have given food poisoning.

12/02/2026: MISSING INGREDIENTS CRITICAL FOR ALLERGIC PEOPLE! My son ordered food for us today. I was supposed to have a pita and checked the ingredients listed as I have a food allergy. When the pita arrived it was stuffed with corn which I am allergic to. Corn is NOT listed under ingredients. Gerner's believes that it is a problem between me and Wolt, since according to them it is Wolt's fault. Here I otherwise thought that it was not Wolt who made either the menu or the food. Gerner's has now thrown the pipe at my head 2 times because they do not believe it is their responsibility. Hangry? Now I am! Never buy food there. They are rude, do not know the food laws and believe that it is both the customer's and the delivery person's fault that they do not have it.
