16/05/2026: If I could give 0 stars I would. The guy behind the counter couldn't figure anything out and didn't take what you said seriously. He looked like a huge question mark if something wasn't working (Also fair if he's new staff, but then you shouldn't be standing there all alone one night) He was more busy standing and talking to his friends than helping the customers…..

18/08/2026: It's crazy how bad the service is in that place! 1 thing is that the waiters are very young so they are not responsible enough. 2 thing is that they are such good friends (keep in mind that you also have to be with your colleagues) that there is simply no conversation behind the bar. They have no control over the guests at all. Such a shame because the food is really good.

24/07/2026: InSushi has always been our favorite sushi place. The food tastes good and there is a nice selection, even if you are not a sushi person. However, the last few times we have been there, the service has been extremely poor. 1. When we were there the first time, we had to go up to the counter and order our drinks after a 40 minute wait. When we were there tonight 24/7-26 we waited 30 minutes and then asked one of the staff if we could order drinks, "yes, we just had to wait 5 minutes and she came"..... drinks should be there before the food! 2. One of the staff members is so tight-lipped. You don't see him smile at the customers at all, when he walks around, he stares at the customers a lot. 3. They are more busy standing and talking behind the counter than providing real good service. We've been going there a lot, but we're considering looking elsewhere for a sushi place, because the service has simply become too bad.

10/05/2026: Traveling from Houston, TX. We have been 3 times to pick up fresh bread and cakes. If you like them on Facebook, there are regular posts of the displays. I had already studied the posts, so I knew I wanted #1 The Carrot 🥕 Cake and 2nd trip Cheesecake!👍👍👍👍

08/08/2026: Everything has been fine until this incident. When I was leaving on August 8, 2026 at 10:23 PM, I was pushed in an aggressive manner by the security guard when he wanted to tell me to keep my distance from the entrance. I understand that the security staff is to ensure that the entrance is kept clear. However, this could have been said in a calm and polite manner without physical contact. I experienced the way it was handled as unnecessarily rude and borderline. I expect security staff to communicate respectfully with guests and use verbal communication rather than physical contact when a situation can be resolved in a calm manner.

26/08/2026: I was really disappointed to get a cooked steak in my steak sandwich. I would have loved it otherwise, but you can't get stars for that steak sandwich.

20/08/2026: The young girls were so busy that they barely had time to deliver the food. A bit of a shame when it is otherwise delicious.

16/07/2026: We waited 35 minutes for our food (a burger and fish and chips) which was cold when it finally arrived. Sent it back again and then we gave up after waiting another 30 minutes for our food.

15/07/2026: Such a nice concept in terms of choosing dishes. Each dish is unique and delicious. And the service is top notch. If there were a minor plus, it would be that I don't hope they become more expensive. I know everything goes up, but I think it's pressured enough. But regardless, it's all worth it.

22/08/2026: a extremely pleasant evening. after the nicely presented caviar plate, we had Hummersuppe, Jomfruhummer and Tatar for starters, which was fresh, tasty and overall a great composition. For main course, we recommend surf & turf (the hummer & fillet was hidden under the garnish in the picture ;-) From the wine list, the Meursault Chardonnay enriched the starters and their choice of reds (janasse, chateauneuf du pape) was well introduced and perfect for the main. Fore non-bottelers, theres a good choice of per-glass wines.

14/08/2025: Really delicious food that tasted fantastic, fresh ingredients, made from scratch. Very attentive, friendly & smiling staff, who even asked if our dog needed water. We sat at tables/benches set, on our skins, under a parasol, which can do more than shade from the sun, namely a small rain shower. Definitely a visit

31/07/2025: We had a awesome surf and turf sandwitch. a double burger and a icelandic ipa called ulfur. Really good food.
