26/08/2025: Cozy cafe with lovely outdoor seating. I had a delicious toasted rye bread with avocado and shrimp. Also, water beautifully decorated with fruit and berries.

12/07/2025: The view is definitely the best thing about Kafe K We sat down on the terrace with other diners. We had to go up to the cash register ourselves and order and pick up the food. It seems like a cafeteria, even when I asked if they would wipe our table - I was just given a cloth on the tray along with our drinks. The food was nicely decorated, I got tapas - the first course was CEVICHE it didn't taste of anything, neither lime coriander or chili. The other 2 courses were Crispy spring rolls and BRUSCHETTA it tasted okay, My partner got PASTA POMODORO Pasta in tomato sauce, fried vegetables, burrata & fresh basil. It tasted really good but there was parsley on it instead of basil - a bit of a letdown. The young people at the cash register were really nice and smiling - but I wonder if they had been told Not to leave there? There were 3-4 people standing so there should be time for serving and wiping the tables.

04/05/2026: Lovely hotel in scenic surroundings 10 min drive from Skanderborg town. Hotel on one level with simple rooms, good beds and nice bathroom. Perfect for a single night or two. Free parking with possibility to charge your electric car. Breakfast of really good quality and a large selection of bread, cheese, juice and good coffee. The room can quickly become a bit too small when many people want to eat at the same time, and the only small minus is that it does not open for breakfast until 8 am on weekends. There were several guests who walked "around" themselves and waited.

26/04/2026: Went to a confirmation. Super good food. But mediocre service.

06/06/2026: Have eaten there once before and wanted to try again tonight. Ordered vegetarian pizza and got a pizza with wet large pieces of vegetables. It was too soggy and the pizza was inedible. Pointing it out. Was allowed to pay even though it came out and only 10 bites were eaten. My husband paid 35 kr for two pieces of Parma ham. But the service was top notch and the atmosphere was lovely. Will we come again, no unfortunately not.

02/10/2025: The slowest and laziest service of the coldest “hot” cocoa I have ever experienced. Not recommended!

30/03/2026: We got two spaghetti carbonaras today, we took them home and they tasted absolutely awful. They were bitter and we couldn't eat them. Practice throwing away two dishes :(

02/05/2026: Forgot what we had ordered and had to ask again. Lukewarm rose wine, when we had to pay they didn't show us where we were sitting and couldn't remember what we had ordered....... Better training of their staff could be an advantage.

14/11/2025: Probably the best pizza I've eaten in a long time, and it's also just chill to sit there with the warm lights and quiet, calm music.

07/11/2025: Really delicious pizza. I was in Skanderborg and had an errand. I stopped by Daynys and they were really friendly and service minded. I was also served their homemade dressings. All in all a lovely experience.

03/06/2026: Charging weekend prices on Whit Monday is not ok, unless you actually point it out, it is definitely against Danish law. Apart from that, the food was nothing to write home about either, unfortunately. We won't be back...

05/09/2025: Enjoyed fried noodles with beef in a delicious, very flavorful homemade sauce. They are some nice Vietnamese chefs, and the food tastes nothing less than fantastic! HIGHLY recommended and definitely not the first or last time I visit the place 😀
