29/11/2025: What is called “highly-laden” sandwiches for 70 kr each consisted of a cold fish (probably from the freezer bag) and the vet’s night snack with a fat slice of liver pâté. Absolutely nothing was homemade, not even the side dishes. Rye bread was tasteless. Beer and water for 40 kr each. Coffee and cold pretzel for 75 kr each. The deal was 100 pieces, but the restaurateur just put in 20 extra without prior agreement at full price, which were not eaten. A disappointing experience for all 60 guests at the memorial service after the funeral. Absolutely NOT recommended.

29/05/2026: On May 9, 2026, we celebrated my son's confirmation at Café Benjamin and we have only words of praise for the food that the chef had put his energy into, the service that was calm and attentive, and the atmosphere that was top notch because Laura had provided such nice decorations and beautiful settings - thank you from the bottom of my heart for this memory :)

28/02/2026: Lovely afternoon down at Øer, where we had a good lunch in the form of an appetizing Stjerneskud. The service was great, and we felt really welcome. - Thank you for a good lunch and a nice afternoon at Café Benjamin.

19/05/2026: Was served a shooting star, everything looked fine until I sat chewing on the plastic that was under the garnish, told the waiter and showed them the piece of plastic, but he almost didn't care, so not a good recommendation from here 👎👎

10/01/2026: The woman working didn't want to sell the Cheeder Polser sausages unburned. She said they weren't ready yet. And I don't eat black sausages. In general, in Denmark, K Circle sausages are forced to put those black burnt sausages in, it's incomprehensible.

05/05/2026: 4.5 stars! There are 2 eateries under this roof. The formal restaurant and the less formal 'cafe'. The Cafe has pub vibes. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Food came out in a reasonable time. We ordered the spare ribs and the Parisian steak. The staff were happy to supply a red wine gravy with the steak (burger patty). Wine was good. Prices OK. The half star was lost because the ribs were edible, but tough and there was way too much horseradish on Parisian dish. We would eat here again.
