07/08/2026: I ordered pizza, and I was particularly impressed by the quality of the food. The pizza tasted really good, and you could clearly feel that there was a focus on delivering a proper product. It all seemed tasty and well-made, and I left very satisfied. It's always nice to find a place locally where the quality actually lives up to expectations, and MAMMA'S definitely made a really good impression on me. I'd love to come back next time there's pizza on the menu. Definitely a place I can recommend if you're in Aabybro and looking for a good pizza. 🍕👏

16/08/2026: Torvecafeen is one of the classic local pubs in Hjørring and is centrally located in Nørregade. It is not a modern café, as the name might lead one to believe, but rather a truly traditional bar and bodega with a relaxed and down-to-earth atmosphere. The place has existed in various forms for many years and has gradually become part of the cityscape of Hjørring. There is historical information about Torve-Cafeen at the address dating back to the 1980s, which gives the place a little extra local history. It is a place where you can come in for a beer or other drink, have a chat and experience the traditional pub atmosphere. Other guests highlight the good atmosphere and friendly service, and the place has generally received good reviews. The opening hours are long, and Friday and Saturday in particular stand out, when it is open until 2:00 a.m. This makes Torvecafeen an obvious place both during the day and later in the evening. All in all, a cozy and very local pub in Hjørring. Torvecafeen doesn't try to be modern or fancy, and that's actually part of its charm. Instead, you get a classic bodega atmosphere, central surroundings, and a place that has been a part of Hjørring's city life for many years.

13/08/2026: Very friendly people! Great menu, great fries. Unfortunately, it smells of cigarettes because of the adjacent arcade. But the staff is really nice! We were allowed to charge our e-bikes while we ate.

28/03/2026: Had brunch in the converted bakery/cafe. Plenty of food, good scrambled eggs, tasty cold cuts and cheeses. Delicious freshly squeezed juice.

06/08/2026: Took almost 10 minutes from the first to the last person at the table to get their food. Ordered 9 onion rings, but got 8. These were also cold and limp.

15/07/2026: Nice family camping along the national cycling route 1. There is a separate tent area for cyclists who are passing by and staying for one night. We (2 persons) stayed here for one night with our small tent for 200 kr on our cycling trip. There's enough shade between the trees when placing your tent on a warm day. Showers are warm and clean. Toilets are also clean. Highly recommended camping for staying a night while traveling the west coast of Denmark by bicycle!

30/07/2026: Long wait after ordering by phone at an agreed time, here among other things Nachos were ordered for takeaway. A portion for 85 kr as seen in the picture. It is in the tacky section, you must say. In the picture, 2 chips have been taken. We got pizzas and chicken salad which were fine.

23/08/2026: The pizzas were good. Service was mediocre. The waiter removed a set of cutlery when he delivered the drink!!! Ambience was not flashy.

21/08/2026: The food was really good, and we were even allowed to borrow a set of teaspoons.

01/06/2026: It was a wonderful stay we had. Exceptional service, wonderful food, delicious champagne and great surroundings both inside and out. It is a shame, however, that the beds are 2 single beds, which easily jump apart, they could be screwed together or just throw in a double bed. But that is absolutely the only thing I was not satisfied with, everything else is 5/5

29/05/2026: We had a great time, The room was a bit out of date though. Subjective experience: We had a deluxe room but couldn't open our balcony door because the people next door were smoking on their balcony. And we looked right into a furniture house. Or a really nice place, the food was good
