26/03/2026: Extremely unpleasant experience, due to rude service. We were the only customers and I think she would rather be alone.

04/03/2026: Not pleasant. We got our cocoa and cream puff - ok. The lady was "tight" and not very service minded

27/11/2025: The worst sushi I've ever tasted. We had ordered in advance, which is why when we ate it we had the feeling that our sushi box had been packed since the morning - the sushi was stuck together and fell apart when we tried to separate it and the rice was so sticky that it was downright inedible and tasteless. We ended up throwing it out. We brought it to the attention of the restaurant, who also refused to take responsibility for it.

20/05/2026: We received a very friendly welcome with our dogs. The menu was fresh, delicious, and quite generous. Our dogs were also catered for.

08/05/2026: If you're ready to place your order, wait for about 40 minutes, and then ask, "When will my order be ready?", only to be told, "We don't make it," then this is the place to go. After waiting 40 minutes for my order, I was told they wouldn't make it because they already had 3 orders.

18/04/2026: In short Bad food Day old salad on pizza Boring old cold fries that look like they've been in the deep fryer since yesterday.

10/04/2026: Dirty little place that charges 80 kroner for a durum the size of a small cucumber. Really. A durum from any other place is equivalent to 2.5 or even 3 of Sason's micro durum. When I got home and thought I couldn't be disappointed any more I unwrapped it and realized IT WAS ROLLED IN A TORTILLA??? What the hell are you thinking? If it had cost 30 kroner I wouldn't have bought it. It did cost 80🫣🫣🫣 Please spend your money one of the many other good places and not at miserable and greedy Sason

17/05/2026: There's not much of a smile on our bald friend at the bar.. Quite a rude attitude to be met with😵‍💫 But you can handle it.. I hope you're not the man who gets customers haha

22/09/2025: We had an awful experience at this hotel. Upon check-out, we politely asked whether all bills were settled and mentioned that during our stay there was no hot water. The receptionist told us we should have notified them directly—which we had. When we reported the issue, we were told to wait 10 minutes, but in reality it took more than 20 minutes before lukewarm water appeared, and even then the water pressure was extremely low. When I explained this at the desk, the staff member dismissed our concerns, even suggesting that I had perhaps called another hotel or another tourist by mistake—boldly refusing to acknowledge the problem, despite the fact that all three of us experienced it. We raised the issue only as constructive feedback to help improve their service, yet the employee immediately began yelling at us, calling us liars and insisting hot water had always been available. This unacceptable behavior ruined what was otherwise a pleasant stay in Denmark. We felt threatened by the aggressive response of the hotel employee, and we are now considering legal action. The hotel failed to provide the basic services we paid for, and instead treated us with hostility when we tried to report the issue.

29/08/2025: Beautiful place that is not well maintained. The staff seems welcoming. But everything is fake. No one takes responsibility. Just pretends. No one cleans. Just pretends. We cleaned the mirrors in the banquet hall ourselves. The main course had to be served twice. Only the host table got it. There should be no shortage of wine. We got a glass of white and red wine. The hotel hid the rest. The host couple did not realize that they were being cheated. And the envelope price could have been more professional with the hotel. - Like all other reviews, I ABSOLUTELY cannot recommend this hotel. I hope for a change of ownership and people with good morals. This beautiful place deserves it.

15/03/2026: First over 30 minutes of waiting. I had ordered 2 kebabs, both of which were slammed together closed, and both were not cooked correctly. The food is average. It seems there is no management, at least I was served by 3 very young girls who looked very stressed.

28/02/2026: It smells nice outside the shop. But that's it. Got a shawarma from there and it's the worst one to date. Dry meat, limp tomatoes, WAY TOO MUCH CHILI, burger dressing, cold food and then the paper was wrapped in the shawarma, so it was completely impossible to eat it without taking it all apart. It was a particularly bad experience. A spoonful was a pain.

05/04/2026: Crystal clear violation of the Marketing Act. They can't respect my "No thanks" sign. Complain to the Consumer Ombudsman immediately

02/04/2026: Absolutely horrible place! They throw advertisements in our mailbox despite our very clear “no advertisements” sign…

14/06/2026: Really bad paid 100kr to get in and 40kr for a jacket, pay 1700 to sit next to the DJ. We got 1 Absolut vodka and Jack Daniels 2 cokes and 3 energy drinks. Really bad.

25/01/2026: They had a DJ come all the way here just to play the same songs they play every weekend – mostly Arabic music. Today was supposed to be an Afro party, but the owner somehow took over the DJ desk without telling the DJ. Because of that, a lot of people went home. The event didn’t live up to what was promised at all, and it’s really disappointing. Some people came all the way from Copenhagen and Aarhus, so it’s really sad that the evening ended like this.

09/12/2025: Ordered well in advance. Then waited an extra 40 minutes in the restaurant. There were nuggets missing from the order, which I was only informed about when the other items were finished. So no option to order something else instead. The burger was not what we ordered. Really poor service. Won't be back...

06/12/2025: Absolutely crap...totally bad experience. No response no service.

02/05/2026: Ordered 3 durum. It took 30 min more than they said… when we got them there was almost no meat in them, but lots of salad… Waste of time and money

02/05/2026: Ordered 3 durums. Waited an extra 35 minutes for them and then got 3 vegetarian durums which contained something like 10 grams of kebab
