05/04/2026: Super cozy. Exactly what you could want from a traditional trattoria.

10/12/2025: The traktørstedet is beautifully located by Bøgeskov harbor and Stevns Klint, and is an area we will definitely experience this summer. There was polite and quick service, but the buffet did not quite live up to our expectations. Considering it was a Christmas buffet, there was a bit of a Christmas atmosphere. We will come again for a cup of coffee this summer.

21/03/2026: Ok service and food. Nothing flashy. If you imagine an old Danish inn, there is no inn atmosphere about this place. Would I eat here again? No, I would look for another inn.

16/04/2026: Went to Bash the other day (there were 4 of us). Super good service before ordering, the food came in 5-10 minutes and was perfectly tempered. We ordered four different burgers, and two different fries - everything was fantastic and SO delicious. When we had finished eating, a waiter came with toothpicks to the whole table without asking. All in all, a great experience! Without a doubt the best burger in Roskilde and the surrounding area! Clear recommendation from here.

06/04/2026: It is without a doubt the best burger I have ever had in my life, and I have had plenty of food in my 31 years. Really nice restaurant and polite staff. I had a Mushroom UHHHH-MAMI burger with a homemade mint lemonade and there was nothing to put a finger on, the fries were also amazing 10/10. My boyfriend had homemade nachos and there was enough food to feed 3 people. Super super super experience, can only recommend it and will 100% come back several times. I would happily drive from Køge to Roskilde just to eat it.

12/04/2026: I found a very tasty milk cocoa at CIRCLE K for 40 dkk, the xxl glass. The toilet is free, in the lobby there is a sink with hot water where you can shave.

27/10/2025: The food is really top notch and beautifully presented. The pizzas are really delicious. If you like something with flavor (a bit strong), Pizza no. 12 can be recommended. And if it needs to be really delicious, you order extra minced beef, bacon and sausages. It is always a really good experience to visit a restaurant - both in terms of the food and the service. Update: The restaurant has been remodeled. It has been given a new diner look. I liked best the old style with the wooden tables (luckily there are still some of them). There is now room for more diners. Service and food continue to be just as good (read: excellent).

31/01/2026: A really cozy place in southern Denmark. We have visited the place several times over the years, and every time it has been a good experience. The atmosphere is nice, and we always leave satisfied. A place we can highly recommend, and which we will definitely return to.

06/11/2025: If you just want to enjoy a soda or a coffee, go here, yes the price may be a little high, but so is the quality.

11/10/2025: A wonderfully quiet, small, somewhat secluded café with truly delicious homemade bread. The coffee was superb, mild, and easy to digest. The owner was so friendly to us, we can only warmly recommend the place.

11/08/2025: Very tasty and fresh baguettes, especially the smoked salmon baguette, is highly recommended. A delicious combination of salmon, red cabbage, tomatoes, and sauce. The price is reasonable for a wholesome meal, and the service is pleasant and friendly. Keep it up!
